Treebo Trend Fort Mercara - Hotel in Madikeri - Kodagu, India

I had gone to the restaurant for dinner. You need to be lucky for someone to come and take order. Once the order is taken then there is a test of patience for the food to come. And the food comes one by one. Taste is ok. Nothing exceptional for the cost. I think if you have enough time and are with friends to drink and dine, this place might be apt.

Amazing hotel! Enjoyed staying here. The staff was cooperative and helpful with their services. Rooms are clean and neat. Bathrooms are clean and get hot water which is a necessity in Madikeri. Food is great but service at the restaurant is a little slow. Breakfast was sumptuous. You'll enjoy the vacation better, staying here.

We arrived at the hotel with a bit of a tummy bug having been driving through Karnataka and Kerala for a few days ... it felt like a haven The staff was wonderful, sensitive, understanding and prompt in their service and responses. Many thanks to the receptionists, room service and housekeeping staff ... one name I do remember is Manju. We took the family suite for a few days to get ourselves back together again... a spacious room with two Queen sized beds and a good enough bathroom, both neat clean ... and 24/7 hot water. The room service is excellent. As is the restaurant service and food. The hotel is superbly positioned ... take a left and you walk toward the pharmacies, whisky shops and bars ... turn right and you have the police station next door, the Coorg Cuisine restaurant and the bus station. Walk straight up the hill and in 10/15 mins you will reach Raja's Seat. Perfect. We have found our place to stay on our visits to madikeri.. our home away from home

Actually we had their foods in their restaurant, it was reallyy tasty, honestly it's very nice, since this month we won't have non veg we didn't order non veg items, but we ordered Vegetarian foods like butter naan, kadai paneer, paneer tikka, rice roti... all the above was good!! You guys can try for sure if you visit Coorg!!

If you want to spoil your trip then this hotel is the best place to go. It's a substandard hotel which will charge exorbitant money in the name of Treebo. Their lobby had a stench of vomit, walls were dirty and room even had a lizard to welcome us. Fan was operating at full speed only or was getting switched off Further to add to our uncomfortable stay and misery, add on breakfast with stay was kept in very unhygienic boxes, bad taste and as mentioned in some of previous comments they didn't fail to add hair in the food....it was shown to their manager also....ans ultimately we didn't eat the food also. Pathetic stay and rather than blaming the workforce I would blame the management as clearly none of the worker was looking happy. We opted for this place as everything was full in Coorg, now I would request it's better to cancel your travel rather than staying in this hotel. P.S. Have a look at the boxes in which you will be served your food. Also I really don't understand even a single positive review for this hotel.

Only plus point about this hotel is it's location, everything else is terrible. Rooms are okayish, not very good. Restaurant food tastes pathetic and service is bad too. We ordered one dish and got another, there was hair in the food. You will have to wait for a long time before someone comes to take your order. Food is very greasy. There is a bar in the same area as the restaurant hence restaurant is full of drunkards, worst ambiance. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Wonderful place with ample amount of space for parking. Staff is courteous enough. It is right in the centre of the city. Almost at the place amidst tourist attraction. Great place and a comfortable stay.

One of the good hotel in madikeri room service was amazing and also morning they have given a wake-up call on my request. Staff are really helpful. Highly recommended
