Worst service. Reception doesn't care. When I entered room which I booked for 2 days, Wifi not working, TV remote batteries not working when I asked for a change the reception asked for manually change the tv with the buttons. No shower or bath gel, I asked and he replaced with moisturiser which doesn't make sense. Main thing Wifi / TV not working. I don't understand why Treebo is doing this. If receptionist cares about visitors everything will sort out. The receptionist behaves as if he's the boss. Not even open the door when I came at night.

Accommodation is good, hygienic. Had issues with hot water for bathing. Complimentary break fast is very basic
