Rooms: Has everything and was neat and clean.

Location: It's not on the main road so a bit calm locality which is good. It is near to the VAC biometrics centre and 1-2km from the US Visa consulate.
It was a very bad experience for the amount I paid for the room.
It was only worth 1000 rs (but I had to pay 3500 per day) due to various reasons.
No wifi
Room not ready, bedsheets and other sheets were not changed without asking
No separate bathroom amenities
No breakfast reminder (Mine was missed due to that)
Location is very good for those who go for USA VISA. Biometrics centre is 5 minutes walking distance and Consulate is 1.5 kms away. In all respects the hotel is okay only problem is fooding .

The room was clean but the bathroom had all the nasty flies coming out of the sink drain. The bedsheets were dirty. It was okay for a night. But definitely don't recommend for family stays.
Perfect hotel to stay near by VAC center in Chennai. Rooms and hotel is good, except two drawbacks. Drinking water is provided by Hotel. However, it is limited. Staff will give only one bottle at a time and if you travel with wife and kids, that may not be sufficient at all. Staff may not be available at front desk all day, so better to take water bottles from outside. Second one, hot water is not available throughout the day. So, if you have small kids, please re-think or ask the front desk to keep the geyser switched on throughout the day. Breakfast buffet was complimentary and tastes good with multiple options. For lunch and dinner, you need to rely on Swiggy or walk 5-10min to nearby small food joints.
