- There is no lift to go to third floor - I had asked for a non smoking room which was not provided - Breakfast was served with only one option which was completely unfair (I tried bread omlete which was also too oily) - Staffs at the time of check in was talking so rude which was highly unprofessional - Water bottles were not provided - Paid room service food was ordered wherein Paneer was spoiled. When bringing this to the staff's attention, they were like "Sir this is not possible" - Complete waste of money - Rooms are absolutely different from what was ordered - Room cleaning was not done on a daily basis. While asked for room service, they were like 'Sir, you are anyways checking out today' - Bathroom towels were provided after like several follow ups - Staff courtesy was found to be ZERO - Overall, I would not suggest you to book this hotel - You can think of investing slightly extra rather than wasting your money. Travel dates: October 08 to October 10, 2021

Rooms are unclean, very dirty. Beds are uncomfortable to sleep. Bathrooms are. Room is very small. The room that we had booked for 1600Rs was very dingy and without any rooms. We asked for a change and were given a little bigger room with window for 1800Rs. Though room came with a b'fast but we were not informed about it during the check-in. Next day morning we checked out at 7:30. When we asked about b'fast, thats when they said it will be provided in the room. But we never received it and even the amount was not adjusted for it. Overall a very bad experience. Not at all recommended to fellow travellers. If booking.com and treebo keep such properties, their credibility is definitely at stake. Date of travel - May 2021

Pathetic and one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. 1.Room is always smelling of dampness. 2.Zero amenities ( shampoo dispenser broken). 3.Have to ask for towels every day and every time 4.Sink leaks and the water comes out in the bathroom. 5.BEDSHEETS ARE DIRTY , OLD AND TOR Better to take a 500rs oyo than this hotel

I loved everything about this hotel. It was quite safe for female travelers like me. Staff was really helpful. Breakfast was also very yummy. Overall a good stay.

The only good thing about the hotel is the convenient location. Other than that the staff have no clue about running a hotel. I was never given the wifi password although asked numerous times. Sheets were stained. The key card didn't work and I was asked to call the manager everytime for his master key every time I was out of my room. The geyser was broken. Bathroom rod was broken. Window shades wouldn't go up properly. Furniture was dirty. Breakfast service is delayed. I couldn't leave on time because there was no water for almost an hour. They just asked me to wait. Luckily I hadn't a flight or I'd definitely have missed it. Please do your money a service by spending it elsewhere.

Very bad wifi. No one cares about it even after raising the issue. Had to open my doors and use wifi to get average range. Food quality is good. Bed sheet quality is very bad. Torn bedsheets. Spacious room for a couple. Good parking space. Good AC.

Hardly anything to be called a Hotel...smallest rooms I have ever seen with micro-mini bathrooms...not even 1 metre wide. Nothing really to write back home about food was at its mediocre best with zero vareity and options. The only positive was courteous and helpful staff but could hardly make up for the missing comfort and amenities mentioned above.
