The worst experience. Rooms and washrooms were not cleaned, even basic requirements were not available in the rooms. Inside washroom hairs were spread across on the floor. Lobby area was also smelling too bad. We were not even able to stand in that area. Manager and staff were rude and did not even bother to listen us. Only one lift is there and that was also not functioning. Dont ever visit the hotel

My 1st visit with Family. Warm Welcome by their Staff, Really Appreciate their Nature, Their Service & Hard Work as well. Staff Member S Amolak Singh did really Impressive Service. Whatever our Expectations from Any Hotel they did More then that. Food is really Yum, Delicious. Really Overall Best Experience, Satisfied from their Services

Basic type of rooms without much facilities. Not that clean washrooms, not much facility of hot water for bath. They provided a bucket of hot water after asking for the same. But it takes time. Good proximity to Golden Temple - 900 meters.

*Would* have been a fine four-star experience, until the end of our trip when the front desk staff harassed us into handing over our phone under the false pretense of needing to look up our booking number - they were actually trying to post a fake five-star review in our name! A manager later apologized, but it was a horrible experience being bullied by the staff. Room was fine, though seemed only half-finished. Good A/C, good service (until the phone/review incident), though no hot water and a super strong disinfectant smell on the first day. Probably don't trust other five-star reviews, since they might be fakes posted by the staff.

I had an exceptional stay at Dee intercontinental hotel heritage walk.Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, the staff is courteous and helpful. Mr.Manjeet and MR. AMRIT Front Office Manager is so cooperative and nice personality. Better than the other budget hotels in the similar price range

Very good experience as the staff at the treebo trend dee intercontinental Amritsar Hotel was exceptional during my recent stay. The location is good and it is a 2 mins walk to the Golden Temple. The rooms are very spacious. We arrived past midnight due to flight delay and when we checked in, the front desk staff were quick and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. The housekeeping team kept the room spotless . The staff at the buffet breakfast were accommodating and served meals with a smile especially Rahul. Food served for breakfast the 3 days I stayed was about the same and reasonably tasty. Overall, the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff greatly enhanced my stay, making it a memorable experience.

Nothing good to say. Worst experience ever. Rooms were stinking. Washrooms were unhygienic, bedsheets and pillow covers were used. Manager and staff were rude. They didn't even carry our luggage.

TRULY amazing experience. this is my favorite hotel to stay when ever i visit Amritsar. This time it was a family visit. The entire staff is very well trained and experienced. Polite, courteous and understanding service from room service to front desk. The breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Harmeet Singh and his team for making our family stay so memorable. The food and beverage manager Mr. Amolak Singh and his entire team were very helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements. Front desk manager Mr. Sunny handled our booking, checkin n checkout process very well. Will definitely recommend and come back again!
