Rooms are ill equipped. No intercom. TV did not work in the beginning.. only want bath towel given..even no chairs and a beanbag!.. service is near about nonexistent. You have call in mobile to get connected with reception or room service. except location there is nothing you can expect from this.. behavior of the people are good.

Absolutely poor hotel. Except bathroom nothing is good in this hotel. No fan in room. No lift. Customer has to use staircase to reach 2nd/ 3rd floor. Far from main city. Breakfast starts from 8:30 in the morning which is loss of time when you are in business trip. Printer dont work. I have to wait for 15 mins to get the hard copy of bill. You will get only one option in breakfast. That is also very poor in taste. Frequent power cut. Until and unless you call generator will not start. Worker will keep knocking the door at night until you order for dinner. Suggest not to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was quite good. The rooms and washrooms are well maintained as shown. The mattress of the bed was too much soft that it was painful to sleep. The complimentary breakfast had limited number of options though they were tasty. The staffs were helpful and well behaved.
