Treebo Trend Classic Grande, Camp - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Room was neat and clean. Staff is polite and kind. Also quality of food is much better. Area where this hotel is located is not that great. But this hotel is a better option with affordable price if you wanna stay for 2-3 days.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are pretty much like how you'd expect a 2/3 star hotel to have. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was not great but it was good. One thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel. Its located in a very busy cramped location where the roads get clogged with dirty water when it's raining. On the last day of our stay we found one bedbug on a pillow cover which we had removed to dry because we had spilled a little water on it so I hope that can be taken care of.

Literally the worst place The pictures show all nice things but in reality the rooms, sheets and everything else is so bad especially the beds and bed sheets It seemed like they didn't even clean the sheets. My sheets even had a shoe mark which I didn't notice coz it was tucked into the sides of the bed There were many stains on the bed runners and pillow covers. Also the service is a 1 because the hot water there was not working at all and so they asked us to call them when we wanted to it but we got the water only after an hr. That could have been due to the time taken for boiling the water but yeah our overall stay was very disappointing as we wanted to leave immediately.

I checked into the hotel yesterday and I've had the worst experience so far with this specific hotel endorsed by Treebo. Having a good reputation that it claims in the market, Treebo has failed in choosing a tie up with this specific hotel. It is too disappointing to say that we as a family that checked in are waiting to check out from here as the hotel and staff are pathetic. The personnel at the reception made us wait for a long period at the counter without allowing us to check in and was demanding for advance full Payment cash despite even considering that we were carrying 1 year old children.(without showing any courtesy). The time when we were given the rooms, there were a lot of mosquitos and cockroaches in the area.The rooms door locks were also broken. There was a foul smell in the rooms. After speaking and complaining to Treebo we got a mosquito repellent coil from the staff, but overall it was very poor. The beds were also not very comfortable and the sheets were unclean... as we came at night we had no place to go and had children so we had to adjust, this is the worst experience I've ever had with my family and poorly taken care of by the staff. Even the food was horrible, there were flies mosquitoes sitting on the plates and the food was totally unhygienic... this is far the worst and 3 rd class hotel I've ever come a-crossed. Will never recommend this for people with families including children as it's a nightmare.....

We had the most harrowing time with Treebo hotels. I had made a booking for my son and his friend through the customer ID number provided on the website. This was done as they had a sports training scheduled in Pune. It was mentioned very clearly that the kids had not completed 18 yrs of age and specifically asked if an adult was required to accompany them for which they said it wasn't necessary .When the two children reached Pune, we were informed that they couldn't check in and actually had to run from pillar to post to search for another hotel to check in, all this when the reporting time for training was just an hour away. An advance if 50% was taken against booking and we were assured that all will work out fine. We also tried to convince them to let them check in for a day and we would reach Pune to sort this issue but it was not considered. I do not recommend treebo hotels to anyone as the customer service does not give correct details and makes you go through the most troublesome experience. No one should ever go through the mental agony which we went through because of this reason.

We dont like the hotel. They didn't mentain cleanliness in room. We found cockroaches in room as well as the bedsheet is dirty its look like they never wash the bedsheet. Not worth for money they charged us total 1800 for 2 ppl for 1night and cleanliness is zero

Spent close to three weeks in room 205 starting 22 Sep 2023. The air conditioning wasn't satisfactory. Often, there was no hot water while bathing. The room interiors need repairs and painting. House keeping needs improvement. The room 205 also had some unexpected wild life around, not big in size though but it was there all the time "the COCKROACHES !!! Looks like the property owner doesn't want to spend money on pestcontrol in guest rooms, pathetic. Location of property good, centrally located in Camp, Pune. Worst thing about the hotel, is it's free breakfast service. It's horrible !!! It was the same repetitive menu (dry poha and sticky upama) every day. On an odd day, medu wada was served which ran out of supply often, if you didn't make it early during breafast hours. Tea/coffee was of poor quality, not hot enough. Sambhar served, was a joke. It was just a watery mixture of red chilli powder, salt and water, tasteless, no veggies, no sambhar flavour in it. Hotel needs to change the catering contractor. By the way, it was my third stay at the property because of it's proximity to the Camp and city centre.

I was rate this hotel as 2 star. I stayed in room 201. This ac wasn't working. It had no hot water in the tap. I felt as the bedsheets and pillows were not washed properly.
