I have visited this hotel today. Very bad experience. No hot water you have to get up early of you want a hot water. Flush not working, tv cable not working, food was terrible. Hotel managers who was managing this hotel don't know of he is owner had argued like a local goons. Pathetic service. Don't recommend this hotel If you are with family.
At the best location of Indore, the center of the city. Rooms are good for both family and official tours. Spacious and comfortable one. Affordable Couple friendly Services need to be improved at reception and rooms too. Check- in procedures are easy.
The staff members here are quite friendly and are always there when needed. The location is quite good as it is located at Palasia, a place located at centre of Indore from where at a few steps away is Chhapan Market and all other places.
It's an OK place to stay. Parking is limited. Rooms have a lot of scope of improvement.
I stayed there for 3 days with my friends. The location is very good. The rooms were also good. It was spacious, had a working TV and washroom was well cleaned. Food was also good. We received complimentary breakfast as well. The charges were also affordable. Overall the stay was good.
Though the hotel is 3 star it is very bad experience for standard room. The room very very small, hardly place to stand. The bedsheet was very shabby and looked too old, torn and unwashed. Very unhygienic room. Please do not book if for family couple. Bathroom is also very small with no proper facility and no feel of 3 star hotel maintenance. Very disappointed with the room images send by hotel. Not recommended.
