I booked hotel for 1 day. Breakfast- the buffet offered is below par and other hotels charging the same per day tariff are offering much better breakfast. The cleanliness of the dining area is also bad. Staff, They are not very friendly. Had an altercation between the hotel manager and Treebo team as the hotel refused to accept the amount which was fixed by treebo for early checking. Room was not clean properly. Commode is leakage, Shower not working properly. I don't understand why they are charging this much. When so many problems are there. Having stayed in other Treebo tied up hotel which were really good, this was a very poor experience.
Very bad behaviour at reception Very unprofessional manager mr pramod who told us to make photocopy of our ID s from out side because he has no time to do so. For what work he is in reception ? Room service is very bad there is no hanger in room we asked for it but could not provide till check out. Their officially check in time 12 pm they gave us room on 10.30 am and take extra charge of rs 600 rs for ealry check in . Very very unprofessional We stated at 10 October 23 Above all very bad experiences Not recomonded
Not worth it, we had booked room for 3 adults, paid half money during online booking. While checking in the FOM denied giving room until unless we paid the full amount. Very rude attitude.. Personally I Don't recommend this...

Not worth it, property and services doesn't feel like 3 star. Manager charged me 1600 for 2hrs early checkin, that too he didn't give any reciept or bill. I paid 10k+ for 3 night, which was total waste of money
Rooms not maintained. Not Good plumbing. TV not working. Not hygiene. Low quality food. Staff is okay
Wonderful location, good rooms and morning breakfast. Room service and room cleaning staff need to improve, talk bad after we cross them.
