Giving one star because 0 star isn't an option. Went to Bangalore for 3 days and decided to stay here but as we reached they said rooms upstairs are full ( even after doing the web checkin process) and gave us the 2 shady rooms downstairs. The windows of the room did not have a lock and one window reached straight into the reception and the other directly into the back side with wiring. After complaining about the room, owner said rooms are available upstairs. We three girls found this very sketchy and didn't feel like staying there for more than a second. Even after cancelling the booking they did not give us a refund of the 50% amount paid. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Hotel is good. But service is worse. Cold breakfast. No tea even after asking twice. Sheets were dirty. Place was not clean. Bathroom was not good. Only view from the window was good. So giving 2 stars.

Poor service. No shampoo in bathroom. Even though we paid for two days in adavance we were made to wait when arrived at 3pm well past the check in time. Only one towel provided for 3 people. AC and remote was not working. Complaints to desk was not taken seriously. Not a good choice. If one can compromise, then they can go ahead

We stayed in the hotel for two days. There was no waste bin and chair in the room and we frequently asked them about it and no reply from them. One of the highlights which we saw while booking this hotel is its complimentary breakfast, but the food they gave us was a single Aloo Paratha and pickle which is served in the room without the tray. Tea was not included in the breakfast and they charged extra for it. Poor service Poor Hospitality

This place is at the right spot for anyone who's planning to checkout the eateries in Koramangala. We pre-booked a room well in advance but had to face issue with check-in since the guy at reception mentioned that they haven't received a booking for us. Took around 4-5 hrs for them to get us a room which wasn't having the facilities that was expected for the room we booked. Dinesh was able to compensate these issues by providing us an extended checkout time and a suite room for stay. Then again, there were missing facilities like the complimentary tea coffee sachets. Got 4 puris as a complimentary breakfast for two people. Overall pretty disappointing experience. Thanks to Dinesh for his efforts in making the stay bit better.

remember this name Blue bells as this is best hotel in koramangala ! Prices are excellent, I have stayed more than 3 months ,, and honestly I am so happy we found this place. very nice, friendly and professional manager Rana Singh , who have great as at the entrance. I felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful cafee for the breakfast and tea,, even kitchen staff very nice ,,all free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on !! Very nice house keeping staff ,,nice location ND peaceful ,,only issue I found sometimes wifi won't function ,,

Very good location, nice & clean rooms. The breakfast is quite delicious, and the Cafe Milo has been done tastefully. I mostly ordered dinner room service, and it was really good too. The staff is quite helpful.

Room was clean and well maintained. Food was good and at very reasonable price. Manager and other staff are very cooperative. Good accommodation to stay. Breakfast needs to be improved. Overall stay was comfortable.
