Room is clean but it has weird smell. If u turn on ac still has smell in it. Staff is excellent. Well mannered. Breakfast is included but uncooked haft bred pakoda

Guys, DON'T EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL... This hotel is extremely unprofessional. I made this booking around one and half months in advance. We were there for marriage function, since we were coming from almost 600kms we decided to stay at this hotel. But this was my worst ever experience in my entire life. We booked 3 Deluxe Double Rooms. When I arrived at hotel all the way from Pune, Maharashtra with my family including 2 senior citizens, 3 and 9 years old kids, receptionist told me that due to miscommunication between our team there is double booking happened and if you still want to stay in the same rooms, you have to vacate the rooms by 6am in the morning (Promised Check-out time was 11:00 am) or else we will shift you in the alternate rooms. I controlled my disappointment somehow and agreed to check the alternate rooms. For your kind information, the alternate rooms were so pathetic with very dirty walls and small beds without proper mirrors and all. Also to reach the rooms, you have to go through the stair cases which was not possible for the senior citizens who were with me. So even it was a mistake from Treebo Management, we had to request them to atleast allow us to stay in 2 rooms upto 8:30am and we will vacate 1 room by 6:00am. When we woke up tomorrow morning, hotel staff was started requesting us from 7:00 am itself to vacate all the rooms as early as possible. Almost 12 to 13 times different guy knocked our door and asked us "Sir, aur kitna time hain! Dusri party ko urgently room chahiye!!!" Can you imagine this!!! Our package was including breakfast but no one asked us about it. Very cheap, hopeless hospitality I must say. Those guys were so shameless that they charged me the entire booking amount in advance even after this entire drama. Still I paid it to those beggers as I don't have the option. Just imagine the mental state when you are total 8 people including 2 senior citizens, 3 years and 9 years old kids, 45degC temperature, rooms not at all ready even at 4:00 pm while the standard check-in time was 12:00 pm along with the above drama. My genuine request to everyone that don't ever stay at this hotel if you really love your family and don't want to get extremely guilty feeling like me. Please!!!

The manager is really helpful, and the rooms are nice. I spent one day here, and it was enjoyable. I will advise staying here.

All facilities are good rooms small but ok and even breakfast included breakfast is also good given by room service
