I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to India. While the room conditions weren't perfect (the sheets weren't very clean, and there was quite a bit of dust and dirt), I must acknowledge the proactive response of the hotel staff. When we raised the issue, they promptly sent a team to clean the room thoroughly and change the linens. The staff, especially Senjoy Kundu, was exceptionally attentive and committed to ensuring that our stay improved. Besides the room, the hotel's kitchen also left a positive impression. The food was not only delicious but also well-prepared. The variety of options was impressive, and the staff in the kitchen ensured our dining experience was delightful. Despite the initial hiccup with the room, their services quickly rectified the situation, and we were satisfied with the rest of our stay. Senjoy Kundu's dedication to guest satisfaction stood out. I appreciate the effort made by the hotel's staff to address our concerns promptly and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, I would rate my experience positively because of the hotel's staff responsiveness, particularly Senjoy Kundu's assistance, and the excellent kitchen services. While there were room cleanliness issues, their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is commendable.

We booked 4rooms we went on puja holiday with friends our stay there was very pleasant all the big puja pandals were also walking distance from hotel. Staffs were very helpful,manager Saurav hotel staff Gopal das are excellent members who helped us a lot during our stay with hassle-free experience. Complimentary breakfast free wifi were provided rooms were very neat and clean hotel has access to bazar area what more can we ask for nxt time whenever required I am going to stay here only

Situated at the crossing of Gariahat.. Behind Bazaar Kolkata.. The maple room where we stayed was great.. Very spacious.. Free Wi-Fi with great speed.. Bathroom was also neat and clean.. Hand washer, shower gel, shampoo, soap and a big clean towel were provided.. They provided room cleaning service once a day.. Food options are available only if you are staying there.. But portion was quite small.. Cold drinks, mineral water were available.. Staffs were very polite and helpful.. Overall lovely experience

It is behind a crowded shopping mall. It is only thing to keep in mind. Else all is nice. Good rooms, service, complimentary breakfast, taxi readily available

Very good hotel, what you see it is worth, some other hotel cheat by showing beautiful photo but this is real good.

Cobwebs noted in corners. . A/C was not working in one of the room we took. . Broken hangers in toilet in one of the room we took

One of the best hotel that I found in Kolkata which fits to your budget as well as having a good staff at your service. Mr Sanjoy and his team comes with a great experience of giving you the best experience and guide. I would surely recommend everyone to be here atleast once.
