Just pathetic. There is no one to take orders. After order we have waited more than 1 hour for the food to be served. Altogether we have sitted 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the food. Just pathetic. This second time that means this is their standard of operation. So for future bye bye...

Good rooms to stay but need lots of improvement. Price of one litre water is Rs 90 plus GST, so my advice to occupants please buy water from outside. Room service is also poor as flow of water stops while taking bath.

Although it's in the middle of the city of Guwahati the chaos doesn't reach you. Rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous. The food, though not much choice, is delicious and healthy. It's safe for single female travellers too. You get your money's worth. I love the place.

Worst place. After booking 2 days before, they had no rooms available. Zero professionalism with zero manners. No one was available at the reception for 30min. Please donot book this hotel if you are looking for hassle less check in.

Good hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. A bit difficult to find because they didn't have a board outside the property but we loved the food and ambience. The rooms can be a bit small though.

We booked in online. Difficult to identify the hotel, looks like residential house or apartment,no board or route sign to identify, reception people don't pick the phone to guide us the route. After all these struggles they told checkin time is by 11am standard we need to book hotel 1day before to login at 6 am"but it is not intimated or informed while booking online".refund is also not available" People are not taking responsibility they put all things on online booking and ask to call customer care

Out tour operator booked us in this "hotel" for one night (7 December 2019). This was not a hotel. It is a small apartment complex in which one apartment has been called as Aryan Address. At best, it is a service apartment with three rooms converted into bed rooms. The living/dining area is used as the dining area with two tables. Our rooms overlooked an empty plot with waste dumped all over. Seeing the condition of the kitchen and the surroundings, we had to order food from Swiggy on 7th night. However, the cook was cooking some food apparently for those working there, and the burning of chilly and other spices made life impossible in the entire apartment module. While we were having the food delivered by Swiggy, the workers were having their dinner on the adjacent table. Not at all a 3-star facility.

First off it's not a 3star Hotel it's a Guest house. Rooms are very small but well furnished and clean. You can opt for lodging but fooding i'd suggest Outside. And for breakfast there's only Puri sabji.
