Good hotel . We had two rooms . One was a bit small but had all amneties. Staff friendly and helpful . Food is delicious . Both Veg and non veg food available. Complimentary breakfast.

Worst reception staff i ever met in my life is at Treebo Ambassador Ahmedabad. Teach them respect or you will close down soon as they are the front face of your hotel. Never ever recommend anyone to visit this 3rd class (NOT 3 Star) hotel.

This is a terrible hotel with worst service and staff. No ambience. We entered the hotel at night, with all the lights off.. Reception boy and security were snoring sleeping. Zero cleanliness.

This hotel is situated at the very prime location, rooms are well maintained, easy connectivity to station and airport , though they need to increase morning breakfast items and improve menu , service is excellent, appreciate it

Super unprofessional behavior of reception staff, I forgot name he said Shiva or Shirin, dark shabby hotel and hard to reach their customer care. Thank you we did not stay their and left out.

The hotel has all facilities you would need away from home..Staff is courteous and excellent service.Manager Mr Milan is very efficient and co operative

The rooms are a bit small and the hotel itself is cramped. It's an old property and the staff is not very exciting to talk about. They are just about okay. Doing their job. Lack of warmth is what I would say, except for the security guard he is okay and effecient. Otherwise the bathroom is again only okay but not bad. For an old property pretty decently maintained. But don't let the photographs fool you. It's not that classy as seen in the marketing gimmick. But, yes location is good, near b the river front and close to the market area.
