Stayed for a night during a business trip (Checked in late around 11pm and checked out early the next day). The staff were courteous and provided towels, dental kits and an extra mattress on request. The in-house breakfast had a limited spread but was quite decent, with a coffee shop right outside. Thanks to its location, was also able to visit Lal Bagh gardens for a morning walk as it's only 10 minutes away.

Jayanagar hotels appears to be scamsters clearly - After I had to leave the worst hotel ( OYO Fiesta Grand, which as about 400 mts away from this hotel) within 5 hours of my stay due to the bad experience, I landed up here in this not nearly hell but substandard hotel . wifi very poor, your mobile data will not work. The hotel people say lot of things saying there is judge and MLA residence around and they police have put jammers. However, when you move out of the hotel premises and roam around you get good reception. The wifi they put is very horrible and does not work properly. Hotel gives no toiletries, no towel, no tea kettel as mentioned, absolutely unprofessional. charged me for unbranded water bottle. after requesting several times, the hotel person provided on unhygienic towel and one tiny toothpaste. not soap is provided they asked me to use handwash to clean facewash...horrible horrible stay.

Checked in at 10pm and next day morning checked out at 8am. No discount. They took 2500 rupees and didn't gave me the bill also. Tv was not working, no towel, all staffs are from North India, they don't know English and forcibly you have to communicate in Hindi.

Ragi ambli and Ghee masala Dosa are good. Wanted to try Chandra hara but was not available. Overall nice place

Very average style congested room. Neat room but untidy dust filled window curtains and clothes.

So the USP of this is because of the location. I don't know if i was unfortunate or if this place is always like this, i booked this place for two days and few things I noticed, the rooms are dated, the AC's are dated and you can't see any temperature display on the AC, the worst of all was that the day I was there there was a power cut in the morning and this place had nothing working, they claim to have a power back up and that was deployed for dinner room and for other pre-planned fabrication work than for the guest rooms and lift. I unfortunately was there with my Dad who was senior citizen and he had to climb the stairs multiple times and were nonchalant on when power will be restored i had to speak to treebo and go to another Hotel. I was extremely disappointed that they didn't bother that guests inside had discomfort their prerogative was finishing some physical fabrication work which was pre-planned. The Wi-Fi is also very patchy and basically non existent. If possible don't make this your first choice.

It was a great hotel at a nice place. You can visit the lal bagh garden nearby. It was a pretty good hotel.

Neat and clean. Rooms were smelling fresh. Biggest surprise was the sparkling clean bathroom. Complimentary items in the room were two tea bags, two powder milk sachet, two coffee sachets, one water bottle. Kettle was there to heat water, TV, cupboard with safe and AC. Service persons were not polite though. But may be that's the tone of speaking in this part of the world. Overall worth the price. I paid 6500 for 3 rooms for one night.
