My Experience during 1 night stay 13 Sept 2023 Reached hotel by late night,just few hours sleep before departure from COK airport. Staffs are polite and well mannered, was immediately checked-in. Even though Oak type room(room no:206),it seems small but well maintained, neat and clean with proper housekeeping and descent toiletries. But it seems that mineral water was missing( i didn't have enough time to check whether they are not providing it or just forget ) This hotel is good for passengers leaving early morning to airport as it is within 2 kms and uber is available for airport drop
Only 1.5 km away from the Airport.. The staff well maintained good behaviour. The rooms are enough for your relaxation overnight. The front office staff is reachable when I need anything.
I travelled to Cochin for a business purpose along with my family. Here I have face some issue from some of the staff. Front office staff is ok but some hotel staff sitting on the floor and there behaviour and looks to the girls is not fair.. Here my suggestion to the management is to avoid local and unnecessary people from the lobby

I stayed at this place for a day yesterday and checked out this morning. We visited the place to c off my son who is taking an international flight this morning. The hotel is located very near to the airport and has good access to the airport. The rooms are very clean and neat but very tiny and can't afford one more person. The rent was affordable to common people. It's a nice place to stay for those who are visiting the airport for travelling.
Hotel well located 10 minutes from the airport but extremely noisy. We stayed there for 4 hours to rest before our flight but impossible so much the staff does not respect the customer by making a lot of noise. No smile either and stained, dirty sheets. I do not recommend
The worst experience they threaten you and abuse you and the breakfast hall was full of old rotten food and they buy 2 dosas and a tea that's it ! Never stay at this place if you can find something else not worth the mental harassment and demeaning behaviour from the staff literally threatening you.
The service was good, hotel was clean and neat, the rooms were clean. We did not like the breakfast provided.
