They said that the room I booked online was given to someone else and they had only one room available which I had to take as I have no other options left. I paid for a deluxe room and got an ordinary room over there. The room started smelling bad in the afternoon. The breakfast was not upto the mark and wash rooms are average. Only advantage about this hotel is their location.
No toiletries provided... Rooms are not clean.. Bedsheet and pillow cover stinks.. Hot water available only in morning.. Rooms are not like shown in the photos..
Room and Bed arrangement are highgenic. But Room service, breakfast and washroom need a lot improvement. Overall not bad in terms of value for money.

Truly wonderful place to stay, the rooms are huge (270 sq ft) with high ceiling. The staff and their service is remarkable - late at night, even when they didn't have ice-cream their staff got it for me from out without charging extra. Only their Breakfast could have some more variety and slight maintenance of the bathrooms. All their kitchen menu is extremely reasonably priced.
Good rooms and new management running by Mr. Dani so slowly the Hotel is making there changes and coming up with good professional staff
Housekeepers thief. They have stolen 200 rs during the cleaning. When I complaint, they denied to accept. Door lock broken, bathroom condition not good. Breakfast ok
