Stayed for a couple of days. Good location. Spacious rooms. Rooms needs a refresh look. Lights need to be brighter. Breakfast was same for both days of stay. This can be good or bad, as per personal preference. Overall, service was prompt, especially laundry service ( this is important for persons on business trips).
They provide excellent quality double bed room with good blanket, bed, drawer and pillows at an affordable rate of 700Rs( depends on the season, initially demanded 1200rs for a room and after bargaining we got 3 double bed rooms for Rs 2500). Hot water is available from morning 5 to 8. Room service is not up to the mark. Tea won't be served in the room. We need to go out for food. Also though they have initially agreed we were not provided with bath towels and our calls to the reception were not answered.
Two stars for the food and less amount which they charged. The restroom is terrible. They don't clean. Someone have shedded hair and written something on the bed. I wanted to give negative my friends compelled me to have some mercy. Thanking you, Wish you a great trip!
I would advise everyone to discard this hotel. When I stayed there for one night, I found they provided me with soap used priorly by somebody else. TV remote was broken. AC wasn't working either. Linen provided was dirty. A terrible experience. Expected a way lot better from Treebo.
Hotel location is good,but not maintaining well, maximum rooms are with faulty air-conditioning. Now the hotel is running with Treebo maybe in feature we can expect improvement from this hotel. Main disadvantage is hotel is not having restaurant,we have to depend on near by hotels for food needs.
Treebo needs to work harder on maintaining some basic std. Try to avoid if alternate available. Nothing wrong with the staff. They are nice and co-operative but the infrastructure does not pass the muster.
No water available, not great food, untidy staff, ac in the room not working, TV not working, careless management of the staff, hotel is just for fooling people. Never visit here.
