Very poor experience.two teenagers jst handling reception. N were drunk.on complaining jst made false excuses.dont hv breakfast facility.they bring poori sabji from outside n serve to everyone.over priced.without private vehicle it is difficult to access.

The location is far off from main police bazar ..moreover there is no professionalism at all ...two young boys are handling reception ..pathetic service ...bad breakfast..just oily poori and sabji..wud never recommend it to anyone

This is a budget hotel. Just good enough to crash for the night. Bed linens were not very clean. Not much of a choice for dining options. However, u can order on popular food delivery apps and they deliver to this place. Location not very great. Staff are helpful and polite

Rooms are very clean. It has attached bathroom. It's residential area so you can be so comfortable with the location. You may have to go to a distant location from this location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can enjoy seeing television also. You can contact to the staff working there by just dialing number written on the telephone itself.

The rooms are good and clean but don't expect much in the service. There is extremely limited to no restaurant service. They are not even equipped or stocked to provide basic bread butter or maggi in emergency. If you are only looking for stay with zero staff service then this is a good budget stay but the service is zero.

Pros : Room was spacious enough and clean. Hot water option was available all the time. Cons: Bad room service, really slow. Coffee order came after half an hour (even if only 2 rooms were occupied). 2 extra pillows were very dirty. No toilet paper was provided. Very bad room heater for a price of 200 rs. per heater. We had to take 2 of them (we didn't pay for it though). Breakfast option was too limited with only puri bhaji for day 1 and bread butter, omelette for day 2. They said cook was on leave. Hence we didn't think of dinner option in hotel at all.

The only good thing about this property is its room. The room I have stayed in was clean, gyser was working. But the services are not at all good. There was no manager after 7 PM there. 2-3 boys were managing things but very badly. One of them was drunk. Also the food is very bad. The complementary breakfast was not good at all. There was not other option than Puri sabji and omlete. Omlete was cooked in very low quality ghee/oil. So I decided to change the property for rest of the days I stayed in Shillong. Also the location was a Lil bit away from centre of shillong and don't have shops and cafes nearby, so if you reached there once you cannot walk down to have dinner or coffee
