It was an uncomfortable experience. The food was terrible. The breakfast had excessive salt and the tea had excessive sugar. It was difficult to consume! The rooms didn't have a mirror. One had to struggle seeing in the bathroom mirror to get ready. The lighting in the rooms was dull, even lower in the bathrooms. Couldn't figure how to switch on the geyser in the bathroom. Beds were too soft due to which my Mom developed neck pain. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to others.

The hotel is good. Rooms are nice, and the staff is courteous. But the sheets were not that clean, nor the floor. Also this hotel is basically an apartment building converted into an hotel. Also hard to find as there are no marking on the building(it being illegally run), you have to just ask around.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and the hotel is mediocre. It's not run by professional people and that is evident the moment you check in. Overall it's a good budget hotel with reasonably good food (which is cooked after you order and they need a hour's notice invariably). There are numerous eating options within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel thereby making up for the limited options within the hotel.

Very cooperative. Allowed 6 hours early checkin for free. Another day breakfast on day of arrival. Brought other items when my father needed it. Gave us a complimentary tea. Gave us heater because we felt cold. Only bad thing was its location. It was little hard to find the hotel.

We stayed at the room on guest floor. We arrived in the wee hours of morning. And the maps to the hotel took up to the basement parking of a mall. Finding the hotel at 8 celcius with a father who is old and ailing. Was a pain. Thankfully the staff came out seeking us. Checkin was normal. Rooms and bathrooms were good. Sadly air conditioning didn't work or heaters was provided. Out stay in the premises was until check out time. So hardly few hours and after which we shifted to Delhi.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are superb...spacious and clean...nice beds and mattresses. Very helpful and cooperative staff and prompt service provided. Can stay with family or friends. Top notch.

The hotel doesn't have prepaid acceptance. It causes a huge problem if we book the hotel through an app. The room and washroom is spacious however.

I have a lot of acquaintances asking me what motivated me to pursue a career in the hotel and tourism industry. They would be better off asking me to define the purpose of life or explain astrophysics, because there is no clear and certain answer to that question. It all depends on what a person seeks from choosing to work in hotels.
