I don't prefer this hottel because of the staff behavirour and receptionist is 3rd class person Don't know why he is their because he is not even able to work of waiter.. why management gave this post to him.. don't vicit this hotel because there are too many hotels in bhuj who behave great and gave service proper.. After giving money this hotel behave very rude to people..

At Night Time Me and my family arrive at this hotel and It's Best Hotel ever I have ever seen. Room Interior ,Design , Proper Arrangement facility is Good and Tv is also work .Best

Very Bad Behaviour of Firoz Bhai who was on reception. He don't know how to talk to ladies. Even though I had booked the room by having a talk with the owner rasikbhai he was interrupting and telling extra charges. I told him to talk properly with me he told I am working since 15yrs don't tell me what to do. He argued each and every time on every single talk and was asking me to behave properly. My mother is heart patient and she can't walk much so I requested firozbhai to give further rooms but he told me very rudely that if I have room I would have given u before only. Thanks to Rasikbhai he handled everything otherwise we decided to leave the hotel at the time of check in itself even if we had paid advance amount due to behaviour of Firozbhai.

First day in bhuj and we went there late night actually i booked the room from goibbo And we went and they give us room at second floor the staff was very good he brought us food late night and we had breakfast in the morning in breakfast u will fine masala dosa, Samar,sandwich, poha and tea .. i will highly recommend for couple and others to stay there

Rooms are okay but as per my experience I faced unhygienic things and no clean bedsheets are available even no room service or reception is giving reply through such problem as per me I rate it only one star.

This Hotel offers variety of rooms in budget, such like from individuals to family rooms, which are fully properly cleaned and sanitized. Even there is restaurant which serves variety of tasty and delicious dishes with proper hygeine. The staff of this hotel is so polite and helpful. Also it has a garden with swimming pool for kids and adults on the other side. Even if you are visiting Bhuj for the very first time, the staff can help you to plan your trip. I really had bad experience with Swimming coach sukla/sukal. he keep shouting on mature person like 10 year old kid, he tread the mature person like a kid . management should do some review more the half of time he is not around the pool, and seating in reception area.

Third class hotel with very Rude staff... food also tasteless...
