Visited for very less time, yet beautiful society with lush green, palm beautify the place. Despite heating summer the whole society is cool and soothing. Lobby is pretty good. Rooms are well designed and luxurious.
Greetings everyone me and my friends went to Palm Beach residency to shoot some awesome pictures with our high premium cars and bikes we hade a great time. Roads are well maintained, clean no potholes there. Police always on the roundup. Security is up to the mark. People there very humble. I that because I have few friends living there. Big roads lots of Parkin space. Nearby Resturant's have awesome delicious food to eat. We had breakfast because we were there for a photo shoot just for few hours. Peaceful place to live. Houses are big and Bldg security is good. Whichever society you plan to stay. Society's with more then 2 to 3 building are better because you can interact with more people and make friends. Do your research before you plan to shift you're residence there. I don't live there but I do visit palm beach occasionally. Hope this was helpful. Cheers to healthy living..:-))))
A very amazing society to live in. Good crowd and neighbors are classy and educated. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Moreover the location too is really nice. Loved it
One of the worst behaving watchman's. They give dhamaki to visitor. Gate no. 2 security is pathetic. Please tell them to have some manners. We are giving service to your residents. Either you put the board down the road saying you have to first do the entry and then take your vehicle or else shift the counter to road level. The person was giving dhamaki. This is not tolerable.

It's a very big and good housing complex with swimming pool ...state of the art gym... walking tracks... children play area... recreation areas...and lots more. The highlight of this society is however the Skywalk which gives an amazing view of the creek and the ocean. Simply beautiful.
