Swimming pools are well maintained. The food however is bland and not upto the mark. Not properly cooked, and had an oldish flavour to it. Would not recommend for dining. Stay is good.
It's beautiful property with excellent hospitality and awesome place to stay for leisure with family or friends. We senior citizen couple stayed for 6 nights and fully enjoyed the place. Food was very good with number of options. Swimming pool is very beautiful and very well maintained. Strongly recommend to stay in the resort and enjoy your vacations
Firstly the property looks dated. It is not at all maintained properly. But the staff are well behaved and are good and on their toes to help. The location is superb, well connected to the highway with dhabas around but just 1 star less as it is far away from the station.
We stayed at the Lagoon Vila for the second time and absolutely loved our experience. The ambience is great. Well kept surroundings. Food is also decent. You can enjoy both in room and dining. Next day 6pm extended stay is available with a minimal amount (depending on availability of Vila).

Consider the points below before booking. * if you are booking an economy room then you will not get a refrigerator. * They don't provide hair dryers in the economy room even if you ask at reception. * They don't provide empty cutleries in the rooms. * If anyone is smoking outside then you will get the smell inside your room. The overall experience was good. We enjoyed our vacation.
We booked Villas for the family function, The resort was well maintained and managed, They had good rooms and the food was good, Thanks to the guest relation team, They supported a lot, Pool is well maintained and overall it was a good experience.
