it's a very fancy place for my tastes, but it's a new experience. the food tasted good and authentic Italian but if you are new to it it's a shocker as it's not like any Indian based Italian cafe. the service was bad tho, maybe we got unlucky but they served us the wrong order, didn't get our diet cokes till way later and the cutlery didn't have cohesiveness. we had to ask for cutlery constantly. also finding that place was hard for me too. overall I'd say it was a good new experience for me but one that i didn't enjoy much. also did I mention that's it's super costly... yea it is. the water costs 350rs so yea...

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my parents. What we had 1. Lamb Lasagna 2. Spaghetti carbonara 3. Lobster risotto 4. Diavola pizza Don't remember the Italian names of most of the things. Excellent service and great staff who always had a smile on their face. Loved the whole experience. Don't miss the pizza, It's straight out of a wood fired oven. Missed out on the Tiramisu. Wish they had informed me the kitchen would close at 11. That was the only thing I didn't like about the service, that's obviously expected of the staff.

I only have the highest positive feedback to share for this restaurant - from the open "live" kitchen vibe, the overall rich ambience, the terrific hospitality of the staff (they checked on me multiple times as I was dining alone and were prompt and courteous throughout), and last but never the least, the fare. The mushroom soup was delicious as was the chicken salad. Highly recommended!

I had Visited this place yesterday! I must say this place definitely one of the best Italian cuisine in Hyderabad. What I like is the food, ambience and the service here is absolutely one of the best. Best dish here is ortolana pizza; one should try it once.

Had a dinner here and enjoyed the four cheese pizza. The taste of this pizza was beautiful. The hotel has a calming vibe which makes it a plus. Also tried Panacotta which was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!

Decent place in heart of the city. Good connectivity from airport was a great advantage. Staff was courteous and were handling to our needs and requirement promptly. Would definitely recommend this to someone who is in Hyderabad.
