Everything was organized superbly by Travools, & made our Bali Tour memorable ever...The resort & itinerary was wonderful and in a great location, transfers to and from the airport were on time and very professional. (We were a group of 15 people) Still, we are surprised how Travools made such a great and memorable tour in cost cost-effective Package. (We had compared packages with all popular travel agencies, but no one can beat Travools). We would recommend Travools to others and would book through them again....

Probably the worst travel company in India, They have a unique way of cheating their customers. First they agree on a budget and then keep increasing it till the last moment when you have no choice other than providing them the money. I booked Thailand trip with them and then had to back out at the last moment due to their never ending demand for money. And moreover there behaviour is so rude. Very pathetic customer service. Total Fraud.

I had booked international travel with Travools and found they are cheaters. They promised and once we reached there they denied. So recommending everyone to be careful while booking any travel by travools. Will go for legal action in consumer court for justice
