Pending review I was travelling to Dubai and wanted to go on to visit another area after my week stay in Dubai. I decided to travel back to India as my visa was still valid. I was not exactly sure what area I wanted to visit-although northern India I was told was very beautiful. Through my investigation I found Ramesh Kapoor at Travelogy to be great. He listened to my thoughts and organized a fantastic trip to the Kashmir region of India. Made the flt bookings, had a driver and tour guide where needed and made the experience fantastic. He really listened to my interests. Ramesh Kapoor is excellent

We customized our 20 days tour in North India. Ramesh arranged all the drivers, tour guides, activities, safaris for us. We had good communication before the trip and he gave us good advice too. We use What's app to communicate with Ramesh during the trip and he always responded to us quickly. He confirmed all our flight arrival time and make sure we were picked up by the driver/local guide and get in touch with us constantly. Especially thanks to the driver Sunny who drove us around for 14 days of the trip and took care of us. The trip went smoothly and we (two senior ladies) felt so safe in this trip. I highly recommend Travelogy.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The Golden Triangle tour, as it is commonly known, offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and breathtaking sights. Throughout my journey, I was accompanied by a knowledgeable driver Mr.Balkar Singh who provided insightful information and made the experience even more enriching. The hospitality and warmth of the locals added a personal touch to the trip. In summary, the Delhi Agra Jaipur visit exceeded my expectations in every way. The historical significance, architectural wonders, and cultural immersion make it a must-visit destination for any traveler. Hmm, where do I start? This trip was FANTASTIC!!! It all started when I searched for a 2-day Taj Mahal tour including the flight on Google. I was directed to the Travelogy India site and was automatically greeted by Amit. I told Amit that I just want to see the Taj and within a day he put a great itinerary for me that included the flight and hotel. Goa to Dehli. 4-hour car ride to Agra. Sunset tour of the Agra Fort. So damn good! Overnight stay at the 5 star Hilton. Sunrise tour of the baby Taj and morning tour of the Majestic Taj Mahal. 4 hour car ride back to Dehli. Flight from Dehli to Goa. Happy couple :) The price was also really good. It seemed too good to be true so I had my suspicions, but let me assure you, this company is 100% legit. I didn't book it right away but Amit always followed up with me every week to see if I had made up my mind. I decided to go with it and booked the trip. Had to pay 60% upfront and the rest when I landed in Dehli. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a Travelogy rep and a private air-conditioned car with a sweet driver. Everything else from there was smooth sailing and our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Agra was spectacular. We had an amazing tour guide (Rajeev) as well. Make sure to ask for him if you go. Our tour of the Taj Mahal was unbelievable and so majestic. Must be experienced in real life. Make sure you go around 9 am or 10 am when it's so so foggy and misty. WOW. I'm so glad I picked this company and will do business with them in the future for sure to see the rest if India. We booked a tour for 9 days, Agra, Jaipur and Kerala. It was hard to get the tours we searched out. It ended that some tours we preferred to arrange it by ourselves. The drivers we had were very good and save drivers. The tours arranged by Travlogy were also good but traditional. We always had to watch out that we not ended in an shop for a demonstration. For Kerala it is better to arrange this trip with an organisation in Kerala. Some tours were cancelled due to the weather. After 3 months we are still waiting for a refund. The cancelled tour we arranged by ourselves paid back without asking within A day. In Agra we arranged a sunset tour Taj Mahal by ourselves. It was perfect. Next time we would not book again Travelogy. Cause of the traditional tours, not refunding and hard to get the tours that we want. Drivers were good.

Travelogy agent gave a good travel plan. Guide Pawar at Agra was very good and very patient. Guide Sumit at Delhi was good and showed us Delhi tour

We got in touch with Travelogy for our parents anniversary planning. This was a last minute plan for us as well. We told our requirement a secluded place, a 4-5 star hotel & photography. I paid them 18k advance in the hope things will actually come together. The place we went was a cafe, their representative didn't even explain me anything rather wanted me to discuss things with the cafe property directly. The photographers portfolio they send didn't make sense and overly charged. They didn't block anything because we didn't like anything plus we didn't confirm anything but truly now they are saying that they blocked & not refunding the max amount i.e. 12,000 Rs. This is a very inappropriate behaviour, if they were cutting some amount for the one day assistance we got that we would have been okay tho we really didn't get any proper assistance. From start they wanted us to pay 5k and then wanted to share details. Very bad experience. I have now planned everything from my end without knowing a city. Thought they can help. Very disappointed & really want our money back.
