This is worst travel agency ( Happyfares)I came across , I booked 7 sests from Hyderabad to Varanasi for 4 November 20022 ,through happyfares by' go first ' airlines, they cancelled the flight and they are not refunding rhe money , only one contact number for happyfares ,always the ivr says 'its connecting pl wait( the person may have to wait eternally for resounse )' but there wont be any one revieving your call hours together , their strategy is to book tickets ,collect money ,cancel flights and they wont refund money , and keep all money for themselves ' go first wont refund so the happyfares keep their commission without refunding

VERY WORST EXPRIENCE FOR REFUND OF TICKET BOKED- TWO TIME PAYMENT DEDUCTED AND MANY EMAILS & PHONES AND WRITTEN REPLY FROM HAPPY FARE- WAS DONE IN APRIL 2022, TILL TODAY NO REFUND HAS COME. now goind for windup petition thru legal procedings.
