Rishi picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel. His friendliness and welcome made me feel at ease as a solo female traveller. Rishi is a very professional and helpful driver. I highly recommend his services.

Well, I have booked their service through Emirates. The service was good however the car should have been better with the cost I have paid to Emirates for a standard car. Emirates may have their share at this service but me coming from US was expecting a little more. I can definitely recommend to my friends.

For the past two months I have been traveling in India for the first time. I have used TravelODesk for a number of airport transfers and outstation city-to-city transfers. It's true that one can find cheaper arrangements, and I have on a number of occasions worked with hosts to make other arrangements. However, traveling alone, I can highly recommend TravelODesk for the number one reason that they are incredibly responsive. I was never left high and dry like some other people have said in their reviews of cheaper transportation providers. Whether via email or (on the day of) WhatsApp, the ease of scheduling, paying, and monitoring the trip has been fantastic. I highly recommend them for the exceptional level of service. As they say, you get what you pay for!

We were supposed to go to the airport with them but the driver never showed up. Very unprofessional and rude, we had to find another ride and had to pay twice

Very pleasant service and friendly staff; I had my taxi info even before I boarded my flight to India. The driver also made it a point to contact me concurrently. Upon arrival, I was able to reach out to the driver and meet him at a convenient location to board. He dropped me at my destination bang on time.

Wrost experience!!!! Last month i went to do dham trip with my family (2 senior citizen). 1.condition of the car was wrost(2009 Model,dirty,no back rest,ac was nt working). 2.on the way to phata (first day) Due to rain our lagguages and clothes got wet the raincover was formality.Then in between the car was heating like anything the driver used to stop and car and cool down (2hours got wasted like this).and finally at 2a.m.anyhow we reached phata. 2.Day 2-we went to kedarnath the driver dropped us at helipad and driver was having whole day for car maintenance bt the mechanic also said we can't do anything. Day 3- at 7:00am we reached sersi again.and driver was not picking up the call after one hour he picked the call and came 2 hours late. Then we started our journey to joshimath after and hour the car again started heating(wasted our 2 hour).I called Mr.shubham and briefed it all no action were taken.and in evening same heating problem came again i called him and we said we can't proceed with this car anymore then He said ok sir we will arrange car.( I mailed pics of car condition also.) Day 4- according to driver they told him do proceed-"ghooma de yrr issse" then again we called mr shubham again same answer.anyhow we reached badrinath .then we made 40 calls to driver and somewhat 30 calls to travelodesk and waited there for 2 hours for driver . Day 5_the driver told sir i can't proceed till haridwar sightseeing and i also resigning frm the job . It was too hot while returning and ac was not working and the heating continues and all the members were having ill health due to it.At karanprayag the driver said i can't proceed and then 3 hours talk with company and the company travel department is wrost they talked like anything and then by mahindra sumo we proceeded to haridwar. Conclusion; 1.they spoiled our do dham yatra like anything "Athithi devo bhavv" -tag line of company_100%myth. 2.spoiling the yatra can't be compensated with money -they provided 5500 disscount. And applied condition that u have to make full payment right now though our 1 day journey was still left . And in that also giving us time limit it was said before when we will in network zone we will do it (till 6:30 payment should be done) otherwise we will not dot tomorrow's booking 3.they were saying ,u can take legal action .we went there for taking legal action isn't. 4.the deatils about driver was also Wrong . They were also nt knowing the drivers name . And the car owner and driver was not knowing trip details. Sightseeing was also included Not a single sightseeing we visited ps;pics 5.anyhow the trip ended with wrost experience because of wrost management by "Travelodesk". Order taxi to airport via booking and it was cancelled. Provider refused to return the money and wasn't ready to pick me up to the airport. Don't recommend using their servies

We have used travelodesk services multiple times. Travelodesk arranged our complete trip to andaman & nicobar islands,travel to haridwar, rishikesh,vaishno devi and an accomodation in nainital aswell. We have also used their services to book internatinal flights in low cost. The service was extraordinary. Our vacation was worth every penny. Travel, accommodation, site visits etc. all were planned very well, we had plenty of time to rest and enjoy aswell. Mr. Sushil teotia-the owner can go out of his way to make your vacation hassle free and pleasant. Dont waste your time in negotiating, you get what you pay for. And trust me,you will pay much less as compared to others for the same service and travel experience. Travelodesk all the best. you have long way to go. We will soon use your services again.
