Its neither a home stay nor a hotel. its 3 bhk setup converted to a hostel. Pros: place is nice and located in a clean and peaceful area. All food/eateries are around. Good for bachelors. Cons: Don't expect room services here. Manager is ignorant and dont pay much attention to guests. Food is good but you have to order in much advance. timings are strict and manager will not do any favour. You have to beg for room cleaning and basic things. You may sugger in case of early check-ins (no common washroom and cafeteria) its far from Kashi Vishwanath temple so if you travelling with family prefer booking hotel in assi ghat area to avoid e-riksha/cabs. Prefer cabs over e-riksha/auto if distance is more than a km.

They have very well maintained rooms. We had booked 11 ac rooms. They have normal rooms and deluxe suit rooms. Staff are co-operative. We were 24 members and we had ordered food also. They arranged tables and chairs in front of reception for dinner and breakfast for all of us to sit together. They served nice food. Highly recommended. They all together arranged food and serves as soon as possible

This place offers the perfect blend of peace, comfort and privacy! It is around 2km from gowdhuliya chowk,hence you can commute easily by E rikshaw, the rooms are clean, the service is prompt and tea is amazing. Highly recommended.

They are running without any license and they don't have any proper arrangement..and they assured for everything and given zero .. Charges are very high.. Going to file a complaint against this hotel waste of money and time...

First of all, after this recent 3 days stay I can say beside the location advance this hotel has nothing to offer. Linens and towels are dirty No toiletries, no soaps, no shampoos Shower and Flush button doesn't work. Bathroom is dirty. No telephone at room to Call for any service or help. The services just doesn't justify the price charged for a room. Rooms are also very small. Had a pleasant experience during the first stay (2021) . Expected better service than the previous stay. This was total disappointment . Food was the worst. While checkout they say that the price has been increased and the price mentioned in that menu is an old one. They won't inform you the same prior your order.

Hotel staff behaviour is very rude towards his guest...I have changed almost 3 rooms..as their tv was not working well,stinky rooms..after every 2-3 hrs there was no electricity for 1 HR n less...then no AC is working...one on one every rooms were different types of problems were there...in one room bathroom tap was broken....so location is good but...not recommended for you all.

1. I Stayed there for 3 nights and had booked their 3 rooms. The only good point about this property is the location, other than that the rooms are highly overpriced and are tiny. 2. The check-in experience was fine, they don't have a working kitchen, other than the one in the basement which is run by their own employees, it is advised on the websites that the rooms will have a mini-fridge and what not, the linens were dirty, I paid 30K for 4 nights for 3 rooms and it was not at all worth the price. Won't recommend it for a longer period. 3. The common areas are not at all common Don't spend 2500/day for these rooms, you will get a way better property somewhere else. This isn't really a homestay at all and the 2 stars are only for the room service guys and the guy at the reception. This property is over-priced and there is a price-value gap!
