WORST HOTEL EVER , PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. They charge you more than the average rate. And the lady owner is the worst thing don't know how to behave with the guest. NO TV, AC CONDITION IS AT WORST, DEFECT SHOWER even the BED SHEETS are OLD and DIRTY. They even charge me extra 200 rupees for a small stain in the towel. I told her that I can wash the stain away but they denied and deny me to give back my Id card untill I pay the extra amount. Helplessly I paid the amount. Before checking out, they ll check the whole room not as a normal check BUT LL MAKE YOU FEEL as YOU are a THIEF. They ll try to find out if there any stains in the beds sheet or towels. Sometine they may also falsely claim you. Therefore I REQUEST EVERYONE TO AVOID STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Bed sheets and towels are given us to use, while using there may be a stain mistakenly and it can be washed away. Untill tored and damaged they don't have the right to charged extra money from the guest.

Worst hotel in Guwahati specially in Rajgarh area. The behaviour of the staff is really horrible. Even the hotel is taking much price for the horrible rooms and they don't provide breakfast which they say so. Also they don't have GST regn. and running such business. And i think they might not have permission from the District Administration to run the hotel business. N.B. Everyone please avoid staying in this so called hotel.

Worst rooms ever and that old aunty she dont evn know how to provide a customer service ... and rooms are soooo bad they don't provide breakfast and yaaak for that lady who is oversmart and good for zero .... And lady is worst please dont go there if want any good rooms then go outside... Nest kee nam pee rooms v ghorsa ke tarah rakhaa hain and that then don't know how to tlk with customers

One of the worst OYO hotels I have ever seen. The lady in the reception got no clue what she is doing and the helper guy is in his own world. So if you're seeing hotels, take my advice and don't come to this place.

Unprofessional behavior of staff and the lady (owner)we asked to change the bedsheet but they denied and when there was a stain of our food on the bedsheet we had to pay 200rs more and also they didn't tell us them time of checkout, and when i was going to buy food for my fiance she asked me deliberately when im leaving which i replied to "haan abh jarai jaldi arau". Being a tourist from Meghalaya, i advise you not to book this place.

The owner is truly a horrible person and the staff person is basically useless. They don't seem to care about their customer .They provide the worst worst service ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Seriously. Aunty customer na Bhagwan hota hai. Itna paisa charge karte hoo but in return u guys provide nothing

Not great stay. Had to stay because no option, room was very small(basement literally), dirty, shady, and overpriced. I've stayed at better place at cheaper price. The staff is very unprofessional. Also not noise proof, dirty sheets and pillow covers and blanket, when asked to change they didn't have any extra sheets or pillow covers or blanket. No soaps in bathroom. you can stay if you don't have any option but if you have time search a little you'll get way better places at better price. I'd never come back here or recommend anyone, rather stay at a dormitory than here.

Worst stay ever. . Checkout time is 11 and they keep on knocking untill you leave. Make you wait at the time of check out to check the room as if you took something from the room, so unprofessional. No workers. No service person. Just husband and wife i guess running the business. Not a good place.
