Traveller Hive Kasar Devi - Backpacker Hostel in Deenapani, Matena - Almora, India

So I arrived to this place through a mutual friend in the dark. This place captures the essence of Kasar Devi to such a beautiful extent and I felt so alive. They location is pristine, giving such a fine view of snow capped Himalayas. The entire facilities are very hygienic including the dorms, washroom, and pantry. I had an amazing dinner with the host, at the beautiful common area, which is perfect for chilling out at any time of the day. Overall, a very very fine experience.

Went with a group of friends the location is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were big and spacious and well set up however there was only one washroom for all the people in the entire hostel, another bathroom or two would be great. The food was okay but there are lots of amazing cafes in walking distance.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Traveller Hive hostel in Kasar. Not only did they serve the best food, but their amazing cakes and cookies were a delightful surprise. The hostel took care of all basic necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the breathtaking view of the Himalayas that greeted us every morning - it was truly mesmerizing. I highly recommend this hostel to any traveler looking for a memorable and picturesque experience in Kasar.

Traveller Hive is an amazing place to stay. I stayed here during my trip to Kasar Devi. We had sun rise view and sun set view from this home only. Hospitality given by host was really wonderful they give very personal touch to everything service. Rooms are clean and food quality is amazing. Everything is so good that we didn't like to leave this place and wanted some more stay here. Once you stay here definitely you will try to go again.

This was the first time I had visited this homestay and while it was very quaint and beautiful, I found the lack of bathrooms a little concerning. I know it's a hostel type of a setting and a common bathroom had to be shared but having just one bathroom to be shared by EVERYONE who's staying there is not the most comforting feeling. There should also be a jet spray in the bathroom. But nonetheless it's a very cute place and you should definitely come here if you wanna chill with your friends because the vibe was amazing. Update: the owners of this place make the people delete any negative or honest reviews of this place which is quite sad because people also need to state what can be better instead of falsely stating only good things. Please don't try to manipulate the guests by making them delete reviews and also don't be so proud by thinking everyone would love everything about a business. Places improve and become better at serving people in the future by listening to customers. It's funny how the owners literally beg the guests to write reviews but then make them delete the reviews.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. offering breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The attention to detail in every aspect of the accommodation was impressive. Additionally, the location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend Traveller Hive to anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay.

If you're looking for a peaceful stay, traveller's hive is the place to be. The vibe was great. The view from the property is beautiful, you can see sunrise, sunset and the himalayas from the property and its magical. The host cooked chicken for us guests and it was delicious. The night sky is wonderful you can feel peace at night looking up.

It's a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. View is so mesmerizing. This place is very well decorated. All the guys in the property are extremely friendly. Home cooked food was yummy. Must try are the cakes and pastery. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved the ambience. Thank you guys for the special gifts on birthday and making it special. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.
