I booked Dubai package with Travel Park in March after my friend's recommendation. My full trip was executed the way it was planned. All the arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, cab transfers) were co-ordinated perfectly. I sincerely appreciate clear communication throughout the planning process and for answering all my questions/queries on time. I booked my Dubai Package from Travel Park. The entire trip had been planned very efficiently. It was a Great Experiences. We received personalised attention from the team. Preeti had been very proactive. Didn't face any issue even during these pandemic time. Great Place !! Great Team!! Must Visit !!

First of all, immediately after the payment of the first installment, there was a change in the attitude of the agent towards our queries. At times, she was sounding irritated with our calls and questions which was astonishing. The agents needs to understand that for them, may be, its a routine process but certainly, the client will be anxious and may have several queries as the things are all online (with no personal contact) and a lot of money is involved. Secondly, our property was very poor,rooms were very dirty, taps were broken and 2 times we changed the room.( no hearing ) Thirdly,we booked dhow cruise upper deck (as mentioned in itinerary also) but we got the lower deck (no hearing, just kept on saying we will talk) what's the matter of talking talking after spoiling one money and tour. Fourthly, i specially said you can charge anything on the time of booking but please do no hide anything. In aquarium and underwater zoo they didn't made booking of boat ride and i paid for boat ride at the location. Fifthly, in dessert safari she gave me very basic car ride,(nissan) instead of land cruiser which is very common in dessert safari. Sixthly, most important thing, she has not given any guidance about the tour. In mosque short clothes were not allowed, but we went with short clothes. When i said her that you haven't told us about this And she gave very shoddy reply ( it's common sense). I REQUEST ALL TO NOT TO TAKE TOURS FROM THESE TYPES OF UNPROFESSIONALS, IT'S JUST WASTE OF MONEY.

I booked Malaysia tour package from Travel park. Thank you, Travel Park for organising such a wonderful and memorable tour for my family. Me and my family are very pleased with the tour package these guys provided, a special thanks go out to Ms Preeti for organised this tour. Everything was available to us at ease.

Preeti from Travel Park planned Leh-Ladakh trip for my family. It was a wonderful experience well-organised with end to end planning and execution of the trip. Preeti is well equipped to know the customer needs, modify the package requirements to suit the customers and also be accommodative for all the ad-hoc asks. She is also great at anticipating the customer needs and work along those lines to arrange everything. This is my second trip with Preeti and the experience has been consistent. Would definitely recommend her for family holiday planning.

Great experience with Travel park.. we had been on a 8 day trip to Singapore and Malaysia including two day cruise travel. Everything was very organized, hassle free. We were very happy with the ground team co-ordination. Their pick up and drop off went very smoothly. Could cover most of the must see places in Singapore and Malaysia with the iternary given.All thanks to travel park and our agent for arranging such a memorable trip.
