Planned an 8 days trip to Ladakh with Travel Monk Adventures and this was my second with them. Starting from preparing our itinerary, which also had some customizations, to arranging our airport pickup, the permits, the stays everything was perfect. I recently had the pleasure of booking a trip with Travel Monk Adventures and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. My family and friends and I had planned a trip to Ladakh, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change our plans.Although we couldn't stick to our original plan due to nature's force, we still enjoyed the snow in Jispa for two nights and had a wonderful stay in Manali while doing some sightseeing. However, Travel Monk Adventures came to our rescue and suggested Tirthan Valley as our destination. From the very beginning, Mr. Saurabh was extremely engaging and helpful. He made all the arrangements for us and ensured that our trip was nothing short of amazing. The accommodations were top-notch, the food was delicious, and the activities were exciting. Travel Monk has been my go to for immediate travel trips and advice on it. The service that they provide goes above and beyond anything I have experienced. I went to an off beat location in Himachal Pradesh namely Kugti Village and the experience was amazing with homely stay, breathtaking views of beautiful landscapes in calm and peaceful surroundings. We approached Saurabh to get quote for our leh ladakh plan along with Amarnath Yatra. The professionalism and ability to listening and accommodating customers preference is unique in Saurabh. The way he planned the trip and presented the hotels and information itself deserves a 5star. However our journey was continuously challenged by several factors, sometimes flight delay, sometimes unpredictable weather, noisy hotel neighbor or driver's tantrum. It was frustrating at times but Saurabh was approachable throughout the tour and he entertained all our complain and issues and tried his best to mitigate the challenges. We appreciate it very much. Thank You for the treat at the very end of our trip as well. We appreciate it very much. ------------------------------ Trip 2 ------------------------------ We were planning for our trip to Dalhousie Dharmshala and we have asked Saurabh again for his expertise. He again listened to to our plan and incorporated his thoughts. It was a hassle free trip as everything was pre-planned by Saurabh from every pickup to hotel rooms to sightseeings. He always kept a check on us about how we are doing. Key points worth mentioning: 1. We wanted to stay at the beautiful Khajjiar cottage and Saurabh made the booking for us. 2. We had a excellent driver Dalvir Ji with us who is extremely cautious and drive safe in hilly areas and is also very punctual. Only complain is about the hotel room which was booked for the day of arrival in Amritsar, there were few issues with the room, But Saurabh attended to it and changed the rooms on the departure. My stay in Maldives in sun siyam olhuveli, Grand water villa was well planned and taken care of at every step by Sourabh. Starting the trip from Bangalore Air port, flights and Male airport touchdown, reaching the hotel every thing was so pleasant and planned that we did not had to worry about anything. The hotel - Sun Siyam Olhuveli (includes 3 islands) was the best recommended by Sourabh. The hotel had best 3 course meal...and the food was so hygienic and tasty . Sourabh co ordinated so well with the staff at every step during the trip we had nothing to worry about anything. The staff was also very nice and available at every step. We had grand water villa which was worth staying. The package Sourabh recommended included 3 times meal, welcome services and lucky dolphin cruise trip.
