Really happy with the service received from Travel Manager for getting my visa for Singapore and Malaysia. Mr Kishore and his team handled the entire process very efficiently and competently without any need for me to even follow up.

Definitely trustworthy among other scams running! I got my visa in 4 days and it's been super smooth. In fact unlike other agencies, Kishor guided me in terms of photographs and documents.

Unfortunately I did not get a proper customer focus or attention from these people. From day 1, no one replied or called. I myself called them to check the status. Then one guy, Mr. Ajay called me and I explained my requirements. He was supposed to prepare a quote and finalize my package. But there was absolutely no interest taken in my booking. I had requested to plan it for my daughter's birthday but I'm completely put off. Only a tentative plan was curated and then everything vanished in the air. Last communication happened on October 11, 2023. After that I even sent a follow up on October 13, 2023 but no response till date. Anyways, a trip cannot be planned if no one is showing interest in the customer. I have gone ahead with my booking with another company.

Most Enjoyable Holiday organized through Ajay G of Travel Manager, HSR Layout Bangalore. Spent about 7 nights & 8 days in Thailand. 3 nights at Phuket, 2 nights at Pataya & 2 nights at Bangkok. Entire arrangement from Ticketing, Hotel Booking, Visa arrangements were done by Travel Manager. Good advise given to save on time , money & effort. Communication was on time & to the point. We went as per schedule offered by Travel Manager. The arrangements at each of the cities were well looked after. Right from the time of arrival at each city to time of departure. The sight seeing arrangements were on the dot & helped cover most of what really mattered. The Hotels were well located, lots of things to do around, dining places within walking distance, the guides ( Katy Perry was the best ) was very good, the drivers were very polite & helpful & the local support was only a phone call away whenever required ( Did not have to call much ) as things were happening as per planned schedule. I would recommend that one should connect with Travel Manager in Bangalore of any holidays planned for the family or groups for ensuring a memorable problem free holiday.

Travel Manager organized our trip to Singapore last month and I just can't thank them enough for such an amazing and hassle-free experience. Especially Mr. Ajay and Mr. Kishore were very helpful and took care of all our concerns. The hotel bookings, visa and air tickets were all taken care of. Mr. Rajkumar who was in charge of all the park tickets and transfers in Singapore was of great help. E-tickets were mailed to us in advance which saved us a lot of time from waiting in long queues. Overall we had a great time and especially my 7 year old son had a lot of fun. I would certainly recommend Travel Manager to anyone who is planning a trip in future and I will certainly contact them for my next trip.
