Travel H Club Lounge - Lounge in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

I will suggest everyone to access this lounge.. located in the 1st floor of Nagpur Airport (after check-in).. though the space is short, but they have luxury sitting area, seperate dinning area.. good food is served.. they have live kitchen.. i checked-in around 3pm and ordered veg noodles and chilli chicken and it was really tasty. They serve buffet in the evening (5pm onwards).. cold drinks, tea and coffee r available.. the lady who served me food was extremely polite..

Absolutely useless as a lounge or as a waiting area. The staff is helpless and clueless. They fed us roti, dal and some greasy nix veg as meal options which were served on our table. There were exactly 3 bottles of soft drink of 2 litres each. Out of which one was empty there was no water on arrival we had to ask for it the clueless staff got the water small bottles after we asked. We had to wait for our food it felt like an old restaurant who are not interested in running the place. They should shut down this place and use the space more wisely. My entry was complimentary coz od the credit cards I have but I feel sad for those who paid to enter as they were conned and were not informed about the scarcity of everything there at the time of entry.

A nice small lounge for a nice small airport. It's smaller as compared to lounges in metros, but provides basic facilities and services. It has both seating and dinning area. Seating capacity of around 12 people and a dinning area has 3 tables accommodating 4 people each. Chairs were nicely cushioned and broad but with straight back support. No facility of recliners thus difficult if need to spent a night or to take a nap. At 7pm, their buffet counter was serving one vegetable, Pulao, Dal, noodles, a non veg dish, sweet, salad and papad. Live counter was closed at that time. Has coffee, tea and cold drink vending machine. There were two staff members and both of them very polite, attentive and helping. Enjoyed my small halt of little longer than an hour.

Average lounge but no other option available. They have logo of Master card but they accept only ICICI bank Mastercard, other Mastercard user have to pay for access. I expect them to write it clearly. (Debited one star for that.)

Staff at the reception apparantly doesn't want anyone to enter. Once you enter they were so rude that you would want to leave immediately. They try all possible way to see the guest off. Food was cold as if it was made a couple of days back. The made to order stuff was not available even at 7 am and finally when they served an omelet it was almost dipped into oil. No tra or coffee offered except the machine stuff which was almost non drinkable. Was very sad to hear from some of the fellow passengers that you cant expect any better from the Nagpurkars. I expect action on the staff.

Its a small but nice one. The time I spent was not too crowded. Staffs are too helpful and well behaved. I had buffet lunch from the lounge. But I didn't found full plate in the counter. Food was tasty.

Not a good lounge. Worst one I've been to yet. To start with, no restrooms inside(not everyone would mind this but a major -ve for me). I came in at 8am and there was nothing left to eat except for a single hard boiled egg, and no one seemed to be refilling them. Water bottles were covered heavily in dust!! I understand this lounge getting less traffic in Nagpur, but dust on the bottles is a big no!! Not much else to say. Seating area is ok. Ohh and no flight boarding status in this airport lounge.
