If there would have -0 star I would rate that. We booked this tour for goa. They provide pickup and drop facility but car doesn't have carrier so we have to put all bags in our laps.secondly we choose goa blossom resort for stay which was far away from main road & that resort is also worst (including food) even we can't lock rooms from inside.so we requested tours owner Mr. Dhananjay either to allocate us new hotel or to refund our money but he denied but we change that hotel on very 1st day itself bcz we were not feeling safe in that hotel so our entire money wasted which we paid before reaching to destination. The tours also not covered all the sightseeing points neither they confirmed us earlier that points are closed.This tour is disgusting (Owner Mr.Dhanajay & agent Ms. Priyanka).
We had booked this tour for GOA. Our package was 4 night 5 days. They provide 1 driver for pickup and drop his car has no carrier we have to put our luggage on our laps. 2nd thing before booking they said 15 seater bus is for sightseeing but after we reached goa then they said 40 seater will come after that we called driver his name is siddhesh we request him for 6 seater enova car for north goa after some time he has agreed. But for south goa they provide 35 to 40 seater bus. Main thing is now when we reached goa blossom hotel we don't liked that hotel beacuse the location is very deep. After that we called owner of travel dhammal mr. Dhananjay for changing hotel but he told another hotel penisula but we seen that hoel reviews also bad them Dhananjay said don't go for reviews what is non sense he is talked. We said him goa blossom hotel reviews also bad and when we reached it's real reviews. Then we stay only 1 night in goa blossom hotel 2 day we will book new awesome hotel and reasonable cost. Goa blossom and travel dhammal not given us any refund for hotel beacuse we didn't stay in goa blossom their food is worst. The travel dhammal agent is ms.priyanka. After this all our suggestions is don't go for any where through tours and travel at least GOA also. Beacuse when we reached Goa we realized very nice hotel available and sightseeing charges also reasonable. And travel dhammal not shows famous points.. they only shows nearest points only. And one point is closed in north Goa but they didn't informed us. Also not exchanged the point. Before booking they force to do payment earliest. But hotela actually not full. Pls don't go by this travel agency. Go by own there are so many hotels are available. And sightseeing also you get in reasonably.
