Travel Club Premium Travellers Lounge - Lounge in Chennai - Coromandel, India

Had a pleasant time at this lounge in Chennai International Airport. We were there for a late night flight so there wasn't much crowd to enter the lounge. I was surprised by the variety of food they offered, and also the taste. Particularly enjoyed their Rose Milk and Marinara Penne Pasta. They also have a Cothas coffee machine which serves decent filter coffee. I'll definitely visit this lounge again if I travel through Chennai Airport.

The lounge was good, I have visited at lunch time food served was good, you have various beverages options available, sweets/desert, food was also good. The service provided was good, they cleaned immediately and helped with based on requirements. In Evening they served snacks which was good to. Overall it was good experienced. They accept all types of card, queue was long.

It's a great option for travelers looking to relax and unwind before their flight, with the added benefit of satisfying their refreshment cravings independently.

My recent experience at the Travel Club Lounge in the Chennai Domestic Terminal has significantly altered my opinion, prompting this review for improvement. Unfortunately, the contrast between my previous positive visits and the latest one was stark, and immediate attention is needed to enhance the lounge's quality. During my last visit, I encountered several issues that marred the overall experience. Notably, there were no plates or cutlery on the tables, creating an inconvenience for patrons. The prospect of club members having to go to the kitchen to get their food raises concerns about service efficiency and organization. Moreover, the decline in food choices further contributed to the dissatisfaction. A lounge that previously offered a satisfying variety of options now falls short in meeting expectations. The absence of a supervisor or manager on-site is a critical aspect, as their presence is essential for addressing issues promptly and maintaining service standards. In conclusion, my recent visit to the Travel Club Lounge was disappointing due to these various shortcomings. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate steps to rectify these issues, restoring the lounge to its previous standard of quality service. This feedback aims to contribute constructively to the enhancement of the overall customer experience at the Chennai Domestic Terminal.

This lounge is located inside Chennai Airport domestic departure. During my visit I observed a queue here as the lounge was full in capacity. It's a small lounge compared to Bangalore or Delhi lounges. Best part of this lounge is the food quality. Taste of food was awesome here with good variety of options to choose from. They also kept brush utensils for filter coffee which is an excellent addition . I used Flipkart Axis Bank card to get entry. They were also comparing flyer name and credit card owner name to avoid any miss-use.

Best lounge experience ever. Everything from view, variety of food, taste, cleanliness and staff behaviour was simply outstanding. Most cards were also accepted. Plenty of comfortable seats. I am a quality auditor by profession but just could not think of a single area that needs improvement. Kudos to the team managing this lounge. From my short stay in Chennai, I would say this was a beautiful experience which I will carry back with me.

This was my first visit to this place while travelling back from Chennai. Good comfortable place to relax before you board flight and have 45 mins in hand. Food available had variety and fresh be it fruits, juice and meals. Had TN egg curry and chicken korma along with curd rice. You can even buy beer there. Seating arrangements are good. You can see the planes parked. Service people are very good be it at checkin or at food service.
