Most amazing place in India to get a Paragliding experience. It is second largest paragliding site in the world. It all started during 1980s when a European Paraglider was passing through the region and recognized this site. The site has got popularity since 2015 when World Paragliding championship was held here. Now most of the locals learn this sport and conduct tandem flights for the tourists.

It's Asia top side for paragliding, safe secure with experienced pilot's. There are option to fly 15 min at 1500 and 30 min at 2000, Video charges of rs 500 extra. You have to stay at Bir in hotel or in camp in Billing, Biling is the take off site for paragliding. You must give it a try once in a life, it's amazing experience.

It's beautiful village, and some of tibetan monastery with Tibetan colony which bring you good vibes and peace .... Adventure like Paragliding ,cycling,trekking , hiking ,fishing and just mere walk is so good here. I stayed at Awam Hermitage which is just infront of Chokling Monastery and property is new [NEW].

I did my first adventure sports which turned out to be Paragliding in Bir. It was damn amazing. When you put on the harness, and the pilot tells to run to the tip of the cliff, adrenaline rushes through the body. After I took off from the mountain, it felt good. Amazing mountains views in front of me, the whole city under me. They provide you a GoPro for filming the whole flight. I took some great aerial views of the city.

The best experience ever ! It's very very safe. The pilots will comfort you . A must experience activity in life. If you do this in Winters then u may experience the snow trek also which is an experience in itself.
