I had a highly disappointing experience at this MRI scan center. The facility was shockingly dirty, which is concerning given the importance of cleanliness in a medical setting. The staff's rudeness only added to the negative experience. I expected a more professional and respectful approach to patient care. I would strongly advise looking for an alternative facility that prioritizes hygiene and patient comfort.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with Metro Scans and Laboratory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. It is disheartening to see that in this digital age, they do not accept UPI or card payments and instead require cash payments only. it is surprising to witness a professional establishment like Metro Scans and Laboratory lagging behind. This inconvenienced me greatly, as I prefer to carry minimal cash and rely on digital modes of payment for safety and convenience. Not accepting digital payments not only creates inconvenience for customers but also raises questions about the level of professionalism and adaptation to technological advancements by the establishment. It reflects poorly on their ability to keep up with the times and cater to the needs and preferences of their clientele. In a society that is moving towards a cashless economy, it is essential for businesses, especially those providing essential services like medical testing, to embrace the digital payment ecosystem. By not doing so, Metro Scans and Laboratory are not only inconveniencing their customers but also limiting their own growth and potential. I sincerely hope that Metro Scans and Laboratory take this feedback into consideration and address this issue promptly. By introducing digital payment options, they can enhance customer satisfaction and align themselves with the current trends in the business world. It is high time they embrace the convenience and security that digital payments offer, and I urge them to rectify this shortcoming.

Worst experience from the nurse who is assisting the radiologist. People who are going for scans or tests may not be familiar with Medical terms or about the procedure. A brief explanation or guidance may help. This lady so called nurse who is just sitting on a chair, talking in phone when the patient is undergoing the procedure and talking very rudely. I had a bad experience, made me to write about it. I went for ultrasound scan and I am person who is nervous about the medical related things.She shouted at me and embarrassed me in front of others. The lady is not at all fit for the job as I have seen many nurses in the family, among friends and around never seen speaking in this way. The patients should be made comfortable first. Hope concerned people may take action.

Very Bad service.Employee's behaviour to the customers are very bad. Especially the person who is sitting in the cash counter. There is no system available for first come first serve. They are calling the people on their interest. They made me to wait for more than 2 hours for a simple test even after asking multiple times.

Irresponsible behaviour of staff. This happened not in first time. Kollam also same experience bad and horrible. Better to close down and start barber shop . have a bright future

Very bad service. Out dated equipment. Bad front desk staffs behavior. They only accept cash.

Last week I went there for an ultrasound scanning. Radiologist was really a nice person, but the nursing staff was really an arrogant lady. She doesn't have any respect to others, and she was pretending like the head of Radiology..

Most horrible experience. The front office lady acts like she is the founding father of radiology. The place is as unclean as a cow shed. Anyone can get any unwanted diseases from here. No professionalism.
