One of the biggest hospitals in Kollam district. All kinds of treatment facilities are available here. Patients are taken great care of. It is easily accessible. The place is neat and clean lift facilities are available. Staff is also co operative. Parking area is vast.

Overall worst experience from management.. Even though our insurance claim was under processing they forced to pay 90k cash as advance. They only need money and they only want us to pay money first. Only after getting money they starts the treatment. Some nurses were nice and well behaved but we had worst experience from some other nurses. Overall hospital service is very bad. And there was some additional charges in the bill which can be avoided. Bill amount was high. They charged additional amount for room cleaning which is included in room rent in other hospitals. They didn't informed correctly anything regarding the surgery timing or pre surgery procedure. The management forgets the fact that this is a hospital and treats the customers like a blade finance. The staffs in the Surgical ICU was very polite and well behaved.

The Entire medical team has displayed Excellent approach!! very cooperative nature! Please look into the following things that may be beneficial for the patient 1. In Rooms (J side ) there is no screen/curtain for the patient. while opening and closing the door the patient privacy should be protected. in summer season also very useful for cross ventilation. 2. I personally observed that one of the security staff quarrelled with one old age women she is coming from faraway from here. Please such conditions should be considered because end of the day we all are human being.

They have a well experienced and efficient team of doctors , nurses , supporting staff and what not. They are always at your service 24X7. TMC is the go to hospital for our family. Recently my wife was admitted in the hospital and had another great experience. Special appreciation to the staff nurse ANJITHA from the D side who was taking care of my wife. The PRO department also provided excellent services. They were helpful and quick in arranging the room and resolving the complaints related to maintenance.

One of the best private hospital with good staffs.car and bike parking facility available.They've practically all advanced clinical offices, so we don't need to run for outputs and stuffs. They likewise have a decent blood donation center, we simply need to give the blood later as it were. Medical clinic is extremely spotless and kept up with. Specialists and attendants are extremely proficient and friendly.They'll give food at rooms whenever requested before. Rooms are roomy and flawless. What's more bistros and little shops are there at primary floors

One of the best hospitals in kollam, very good hospitality and good doctors. Also they have a good car parking area that's also a plus point, And other availability are cafeteria, canteen, and a small super market inside the hospital Outside the hospital they have some juice shop,coffee shop and a canteen. Most of the time autorickshaw is available in front of the hospitals so no need to worry about traveling. Overall a good experience.

Worst experience. Patients are not called according to the Token. Even if we are token no 9.. we will be called only after Token no.30 sometimes. Keeps waiting too long. Appointments are fake sometimes
