Had best experience, clean and clear beach and the shores. Seemed like a private beach. Had no crowd at all at around 4pm. Very scenic drive by the highway. Beach on one side and a lake on the other side. Must visit if you prefer something like private beach experience.
Awesome place. Swiming not allowed, great place to have some nice pics. Morning walk was pleasant. 2km away from trasi bus stop. Toilets and parking place available.
NAMMA TRASI BEACH!! One of the only beaches in India which is known for being one of the cleanest beaches in the country. It's not just a joke; it's a fact! As you approach the beach, you'll be greeted by a cosy and beautiful entrance that sets the tone for a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. One of the highlights of Trasi Beach is its impressive rocky structures that dot the shoreline. These rocks are not only fascinating to look at, but they also add an element of adventure. However, it's important to exercise caution while walking on them as they can be slippery and pose some risk (I had almost lost my mobile phone in there once). What sets Trasi Beach apart from other popular destinations is its relative lack of crowds. It's a hidden gem that hasn't been discovered by the masses yet, making it an ideal place to hang out with a group of friends. You can enjoy a peaceful and humble Indian experience, away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded beaches. The beach is a haven for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. The clean and pristine surroundings, combined with the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore, create a serene atmosphere that rejuvenates the soul. Trasi Beach offers a unique blend of natural beauty, adventure, and a peaceful environment. It's a place where you can create lasting memories with your friends while immersing yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. With its clean and inviting atmosphere, Trasi Beach is truly a remarkable destination along the Indian coastline.
I visited the Trasi beach during my tour of Mangalore-Udupi-Murudeshwar. One side sea and other side back water. Its on the way to Murudeshwar and part of Marvante Beach , which is 3-4 kms from Trasi beach. One of the most beautiful, clean and pictureous beaches I have ever been, it's class apart. Natural untouched beauty and main reason is that no hotel or restaurant nearby so most of visitors belong to passing by category means tourists come and spent sometime in beach while driving by. There are no restaurant near by not even for drinking water. It's must visit according to me. I am uploading 2 videos of beach , do enjoy and feel the waves
Trasi beach is one of the most scenic parts of the Mangalore - Udupi highway. Its a manmade formation which keeps the ocean at bay from sweeping over the highway. If you're a drone enthusiast this is one of those bucket-list landmarks which falls in the green-zone and you can get some amazing aerial perspectives. Be careful about swimming near the rock formations, as the undercurrents can be lethal. Sitting in the middle sand beaches is perfectly fine.
Excellent view of beach near highway.
Wonderful beach with great views. One can easily access from the NH66. Casuarina, coconut palm, almond trees gives good shade even for the day time visit. Evenings will be too good to see the sunset on the Arabian sea. The beach is well maintained and it has got ample parking space. It has got good seating arrangements. Visitors can sit and relax to have a lovely sea breeze.
Undoubtedly the longest shoreline beside the Arabian sea. Though the shore is smaller, it's proximity to the national highway makes it an ideal place to visit. The surroundings are well kept too, which makes it a must place to visit. Best to watch the sunset in it's undiluted form.
One of the most photographed beach on the drone and one of the most recommended beach in India.. Though it's dangerous to get in the waters here as it is very steep and very deep, it is a nice place to click photos standing on the shore. Pleas
Unique type in INDIA,Nothing can beat this TRASI MARAVANTHE BEACH... West Coast and River souparnika with NH in between... Multiple rock beds facing sea, best for photography but not a good option for swimming very deep just away from sea shore... Ple
Amazing beach, must visit place to view the beautiful sunset and capture some brilliant pictures. We spent decent 1 hour during the sunset. Luckily it was really clear sunset. Sometimes it is disappointing as it would be bit blurry towards the end. P
