TRANZOTEL BANGALORE AIRPORT - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I booked this hotel through Agoda for 1 night stay as it was nearer to airport.When i reached with my family & went in to check the rooms...surprisingly whole room was vaccant, no lights, the lady in the reception showed me rooms with the help of mobile light.We didnt stepped in, as the vibes of hotel was negative.Thank god we got a good hotel TREEBO EMRO. Pls dont ever book this hotel.

The worst choice for stay, even for a night. It's more than seven kms far from airport Bangalore but they have disclosed that it's just seven hundred fifty meters away from airport. Most bakwas location. Lift is out of order. No water in bathroom. Bathroom fittings broken No room service No food available Airport drop charges by hotel is 650,and outside taxis charges are Rs 450/- Regret for staying in this so-called hotel.

Ok place but no lift and no power backup and poor maintenance but price vise ok very affordable no restaurant in hotel everything u have to order on swiggy or zomoto and tv available but no recharge for the channels

The hotel was good but the distance from Airport is almost 10+ km which is not convenient at all. The room was spacious with good staffs. Flush was not working. I wish I could stay more there and enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was a disaster. The lift was not working (rooms were on the third floor) and the rooms were very dirty. Some of the locks on the doors did not close. Two that did got stuck in the locked position and the hotel staff, who tried their best to help, had to break the locks off the doors to open them. We were booked for two nights but left after one for a hotel around the corner that cost the same but was clean and comfortable with doors that locked.

The rooms were not clean, especially the bed, bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom was dirty. Cleaning was not done proactively. As we had already booked our stay, we couldn't cancel it. There was no service. There was only one female who handled everything. The hotel can be taken care of much better if possible.

Washroom was very dirty. Poor quality service. We reserved our room through agoda app saying it will be a late checking we tried to contact them through the given contact number.but the didn't respond. When we went for check in ( 1 am) they told us the reservation was full. Then they provided us a very sub standard room . The room was dirty. Washroom was equipped with broken taps and dirty mug. The stay was a horror

Worst place I have ever been. Traveled with family and this place looks like a public bathroom. They don't know the meaning of cleanliness and hygiene. Not even one inch in this hotel is clean. Worst experience ever. These guys are somehow maintaining the rating. If you choose this place, you will regret the next minute you check in.
