The rooms was small. The shower area and toilet seat were too close. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty. The room was also not cleaned. You can easily overhear everyone talking outside the room including receptionist and people walking in lobby. The latch for the main door and bathroom were broken. Drinking water was also not provided. I have stayed in much better rooms for same cost with much better services. Honestly this room is not at all worth of its ratings.

The hotel is situated at very good location just near to main road. One can easily get bus and taxi. The staff behavior was truly remarkable. They were very friendly and helpful. The right one were small but we'll maintained and clean. The toilet also was clean and big enough.

Location is good and easy to access. Only lodging available. Shows room is good spacious but after checked in provided room size is too small. And provided complimentary water is normal, when request replace with cold water. He told that is chargeable.

There was no hand wash and tissue paper in wash room. No kitchen service,. You cannot get tea after 7 pm. Egg given in breakfast given was rotten. While checking out the reception guy asked for my mobile without telling me he rate my stay a 5 star. When I questioned him that you cannot give a customer rating, he was arguing and later said that the owner told to get a five star rating. I would rather rate it a 3/5. Only good thing was room service provided by Sohail Molla- He gave a great room service.

We found this an excellent hotel. Everyone was very polite and friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very well appointed, amazing breakfasts. Being centrally located was also a bonus.

Transit Express Hotel provided a comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly attentive service. Very good value, located next to Biswakarma Building (Topsia By pass more) but also within walking distance of major sights.

New building that has been built recently. Parking is tricky as your 4 wheeler will be resting on a metal plate about a gigantic drainage Rooms neat Staffs very friendly U can bring ur outside food here (make sure it's not alcoholic) for other guest / staff comfort Wifi available Easy access from the bus stop (1 min walk ) I was extremely comfortable during an emergency stay

One of the cheapest hotel in Kolkata, good value for money. Clean, food good, friendly staff. The location is seriously central, a short walk to anywhere you want to see. i would definitely recommend the hotel.
