One of the Best AC Gyms in and around MVP colony. The equipment is very good and the trainers are very professional. You can even opt for personal training(PT) based on your fitness goals.
I would not suggest this gym to anyone, particularly women. This is by far the worst gym I've ever seen in town. They will recommend various unhealthy weight-gain and weight-loss approaches to you. This gym is not advised for women; you will feel very uncomfortable because of the individuals at the gym; they will stare at you constantly, which is a terrible sign. You should join a reputable, clean, and well-mannered gym with well-mannered trainer, even trainers are worst. Paying a little extra for a reputable gym is preferable. A big NO to this gym.
Great gym. Trainers are attentive, will help only if help is asked for. 1 months membership is 2000/-, in case you want to include steam bath it costs 2500/-
Worst gym ever. They use pills and different kind lo powders to lose and gain the weight. For women it's not suitable. Better look for other decent gym than this low class one.
Best gym I worked out in India, Praveen was the BEST personal trainer. Helped guide us through our workouts and could see the results! Really appreciated the time! Highly recommend!
