Absolute fitness gym in one of the best fitness gym I have wasted money in many gyms before but when I joined this gym I found that my trainer Sushil sir is very dedicated and very serious for giving the results to every single joiners his cross fitness weight loss and power yoga training is mind blowing. If someone is seriously looking for results so I would recommend to join this gym.
It is really fantastic....the thing I liked the most is that trainer push us to go beyond what we think we can....and all the excercise sessions are so varying that we dont feel we r doing the same thing ...everyday I am curious that what new will I be doing today.....
