I am taking personal training from Saurav (Alex)..He is a very good trainer..He not only trains client a cording to their requirement but also explains minutely which part of our body gets benifitted for aparticular type of exercise..He also suggest good diet along with regular workout which is an added advantage
As most reviewers stated, arguably the best gym in the locality. Very good diversity of equipments, clean and spacious - has 2 floors. You can get good personal trainers too who teach and push to do better.
Best Gym in the Area with Professionl Trainers. Machines and weights are well maintained .
Definitely one of the best in the locality. The people around here are warm and kind. One of the most precious thing of this gym is separate 500 sq ft area for crossfit, yoga, kettlebell etc along with the weight training section which is of another 500 sq ft or maybe more. Quite in love with this place.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
