WORST GYM, WORST TRAINERS- that are obsessively arrogant useless! Zero maintenance of gym , equipments dont work, the bldg lift to the gym never works due to their uncleared dues! Wasted money here! Dont shed a penny to this gym !
The gym staff and management are rude and unprofessional. They dont have a basic courtesy how to talk and treat people. I am saddened that despite being a member since 2 years and paying such high membership fees I have to tolerate this attitude. Alarming request to the owner for a change of management staff. Seeing this approach I am sure that not only new members will stay away but also the existing members will think of a shift.
I joined this gym last year, and I really liked the gym and ambience. The staffs are very helpful. I had a great experience in this gym as compared to any others till now. I would recommend others to join the gym as well.
Gym equipment and location are good two, but the trainers in blue t-shirts behave like gym owners. This completely unprofessional attitude is not expected from a big name like Transform, just because of the behaviour of the trainers this gym may soon be closed. Instructor in blue uniform is not helpful, he is watching TV during our workout, does not come to help even this trainer makes bad comments on the member who workout by himself The trainers have no manners how to talk to members, Most of them are on phone all the time. Personal training has no work, so they sit and talk with each other, they have no other work, I request to the Gym owner to take some action on it Thnaks ...

Personal trainers have no Work so sit and pass comments and gossip with similar type of members.. negative ambience..if you are picking up heavy weight no trainer will even look at u to support u for reps.... I wish the owners read this and reach out to meet to check on the reality..Dishearted, disappointed...
