The gym is very untidy and the equipments are not maintained well, the treadmill always tends to give static shock while doing exercises. I go to this gym for one and only reason that it is at close proximity to my house.

I was trained under G.Venkatesh. He is a Cardio specialist and guided me to lose weight.
He is so friendly, supportive & polite trainer always encourages me to reach my goals and one of the good thing about G.Venkatesh is, he knows how to train each person based on their capacity.
He provides training in a way, we won't be bored at all with same routine workouts. i.e., He always comes with new plan and with new workouts on every day which is challenging and interesting to do workouts.
I have really lost 13 kgs in 60 days, which brings my body back to shape and day by day my strength and stamina got increased. It also gives me confidence to lose more weight.

One of the best Gyms I have visited around here with top notch equipment and facilities. The trainers are excellent around here, especially G.Venkatesh who is an expert trainer helping me out in reach my workout goals with a personalized schedule and nutrition guidance. If you're newbie I would definitely recommend Venkat anna as he hone your workout schedule based on body type and make sure you reach your goals.
It is one of the finest Gym in Malkajgiri area, with good facilities. There are two trainers with relevant experience in training. I have been trained by Mr. Pradeep since few months. His training routine focuses on long term benefits and uses only conventional methods rather using machines and equipment. He never repeats the exercise and motivates to do and improve for better. Suggests for right eating habits. Very good trainer over all.
It is one of the best gym I've ever visited in Anandbagh area. Quality equipment and quality trainers is the main asset of the gym. Coming to the training Mr. Pradeep is an excellent fitness trainer. His efforts for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health, sharing fitness tips & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.
