The best choice I've made is joining here. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. In 2 months I was able to cut down my weight by 8kg. Most importantly , trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

Nice modern gym with all the necessary equipment and efficient helpful friendly trainers. Nice ambience! Would recommend head coach John who has done PT for me, as a knowledgeable and experienced trainer, who worked in international gyms as well.

Decent number of equipments. The trainers are very knowledgeable and support every one with a smile on their faces. I've enjoyed working out here during my vacation of 2 months. They have options of standard and guest membership.

A friend suggested this place to me and i must say they met all my needs. I went with a very severe lower back pain, i have a condition called endometriosis which had caused so much bloating around belly and lower back. Deepak sir sat with me on an one on one meeting to understand my needs and my condition. He explained it well to his trainers. Initially Sajil(PT) started with mobility workouts to heal the pain and improve core strength, within 12 days i started seeing results. The belly fat reduced by 1" in the first 20 days. And i noticed it only when all my pants started slipping down. I was so impressed with the visible changes in me that i make sure i don't miss that one hour everyday at gym. I m very thankful to Arjun and Geethu too who helped me with diet plans and asked me everyday what i had eaten and items i can add into my diet for a better healthy lifestyle. I recommend all ladies, especially ones with PCOD or PCOS or who wants to reduce weight and shape up to check out this gym. I joined 2 weeks back and I already love this gym. The best part is the training given here including dietary advice. Mr. Deepak Sir is super awesome. He makes sure that you do it in the proper way and gives a guideline on how to go about the workout. Mr. Binoy Sir also motivates you to give that final push and guides you. The warm up session here is unique and fun to do. I shall update after 6 months of workout. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to be fit, even if they are new like me.
