They have 2 spacious rooms, good equipments, cleanliness which is a top priority and awesome trainers. Timings are flexible and good ambiance.

The best gym I have encountered so far ! Lovely and well trained trainers. Amazing services from management to caretakers. I personally learnt a lot about fitness from this gym. One must try it out. They'll surely get the difference.

One of the best Gyms in Dilshad Garden The group ex studio are their USP Front office staff are really good.t's really a great place to do your workout... Finest in Dilshad Garden and nearby areas at least. Trainers and equipments are exceptionally good. Superb experience.value of money

Exceptionally rude reception staff after 7PM, if you have to save your grace kindly visit before that. For the kind of facilities and classes they provide 3000 per month is really expensive. Its good for the stud boys of Dilshad Garden who are in need to pump some iron. Overall its a functional gym nothing special about it. Other branch is much better than this one and the staff is also very cordial.

Ambience is better than its nearby rivals, trainers are good but its quiet costly. Pros- 1.trainers are good if you have personal one, not otherwise. 2. equipment are of good quality. 3. Staff is cooperative and polite. Cons- 1. Costly 2. Space is veryless 3. Lack some equipments due to less space. Note- staff is very polite, you may fall for it and join it. Try before joining, you may find it not worth the money.i will update my review, if finds improvement in any manner.
